We are so grateful to have found RAD. When we first started looking for caterers we knew it was going to be difficult as I have a lot of allergies but we didn’t realise just how challenging it was going to be. Darren won us over straight away as he just got it and worked with us across a couple of trials to make a menu that was safe for me and showcased that you really can eat amazing food with so many restrictions. He was always ready to be flexible and make things up as he goes and we just couldn’t have asked for anyone better.
