Welcome to Pizza Lola - our mobile, wood-fired pizza business based in the heart of the south. Owned and run by Lewis and my sister, Ellie, we look to bring the heat to every event we go to. We are currently covering the counties of Wiltshire and Berkshire. At Pizzaiola, we pride ourselves in using simple, traditional techniques and bold flavours to create great-tasting Neapolitan-style pizzas.
Over 2022, we spent our time converting a vintage 1960s Sinclair horsebox into our very own sleek and stylish mobile pizza trailer, which we look forward to bringing to many events, from private parties and weddings to upcoming festivals.
As chefs with nearly 10 years combined experience, we are passionate about using the best, local and, where we can, sustainable ingredients, so we are always on the lookout for new and exciting ingredients and toppings for our fresh Neapolitan bases.
Our dough is always homemade and proven for 72 hours, which develops that nice characteristic soft yet crunchy texture, and we make all our toppings from fresh, including our house hot honey and confit garlic oil.
