The catering van, 'the box', serves delicacies like Mexican street food, British barbecue, fish and chip cones, and Indonesian and traditional Punjabi-Indian cuisine. Or you can opt for a crowd-pleasing hog roast – juicy pork slow-cooked for seven hours and served with fresh bread, crispy crackling, and sweet Bramley apple sauce.
