Swaad Punjab Da was the caterer at our Sapphire (45) wedding anniversary. There were around 100 guests. They manage the event very professionally and efficiently. Even the food-tasting event lasting over five hours was out of this world. We tasted a large number of dishes before finalising the menu. Their advice led us to a menu selection that avoided duplicating the items. On the day they arrived early to set up and worked discreetly. The team was always mindful of safety issues, as many children were playing around.
The guests were so happy with the food that they went for a second and third helping. Every item of food was delicious, but aloo tikki, fish pakoras, and methi chicken stood out. The general comment from the guests was that they have tasted good Indian food but this Punjabi food is many, many times better.
