Imperial Wedding Cars of Sussex is an independent, family-run wedding car business originally established in 1999, based in Coneyhurst, West Sussex.

Their traditional wedding car fleet consists of two beautiful iconic vehicles.

Firstly a stunning Edwardian Laundelette-style 6 seater car named "Fritz", antique cream over black paintwork bringing back touches of a bygone era and adding a touch of old-style opulence.
The rear folding roof can be collapsed in literally seconds and becomes absolutely fundamental for wedding guests to be able congratulate the Happy Couple and take those memorable photographs.

Our second vehicle, "Joe-le-Taxi" is a completely rebuilt and re-commissioned London Taxi cab completed by us in 2012, also painted in antique cream.
This is a truly iconic vehicle, bringing back a timeless sense of nostalgia and memories, capable of carrying up to six people, plus it has original wheelchair access if necessary.
This actual car was the very last licenced Taxi in London, and in a nod to its history the original Hackney license number and fees are still on display inside the cab!

Both our vehicles have been upholstered with cream classic full leather interiors, so as not to "clash" with any bridal colour theme, they were commissioned by us with this in mind.

All our vehicles are valeted and fully prepared before each wedding, matching ribbons adding your theme can be applied if requested. Cars can be viewed before booking on request here at home where they are stored in purpose built humid controlled garaging.

The family team prides itself on its very personal and friendly service, for which they are well known for. We normally trial run and familiarise all locations involved ourselves a few days beforehand, this is to make the Wedding day go as seemless as possible.
