We booked Gary for providing transport services for our wedding. There were positive aspects in the build up to our wedding, but our actual experience on the day and thereafter was disappointing.

Throughout the booking process, Gary was easy to contact, answered our questions promptly and was happy to accommodate an additional journey that we requested. Up until our wedding day, we had every confidence that everything was in hand.

Unfortunately, things went badly wrong on the day. The groom and best man were never collected as agreed, and the bride's car arrived significantly late despite numerous unanswered phone calls. We were left with no idea where the car was or whether it was coming. By this point, the Bride's Dad had started running to get his own car because we'd waited so long, with no response to our calls, that he was preparing to drive her to the ceremony himself.

The delay caused significant stress for the bridal party and had a knock-on effect on the rest of our wedding day. One of the reasons we booked a wedding car was to enjoy the experience and have photographs with it before the ceremony. Because of the delay, there simply wasn't time, so that part of the experience was lost.

To Gary's credit, he apologised on the day and offered us a refund, acknowledging that the service had fallen well below what had been agreed - this was greatly appreciated.

Sadly, our experience after the wedding has been just as disappointing as the day itself. Rather than honouring the refund he offered, Gary later told us that staying after the ceremony for pictures "evened out" missing the first journey. In our view, this did not make up for the service that wasn't delivered, the disruption caused to our wedding day, or the pre-ceremony experience that we had paid for. Since then, our follow-up emails have either been met with dismissive responses or ignored completely.

We fully understand that unexpected issues can arise, and had the matter been resolved in the way Gary himself proposed on the day, we would not have felt the need to leave this review. What has ultimately disappointed us most is not only what happened on our wedding day, but the way the situation has been handled afterwards. We hope this review helps other couples make an informed decision.

Gary was a perfect gentleman on my wedding day and looked after me so well. The weather really changed and Gary was prepared with an umbrella. He was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for him. The car was perfect and full of character and so well looked after. After the ceremony Gary was so patient with us whilst we had some photos taken. He then took us back to the reception and was so lovely with our girls honking the horn for them which they loved. Highly recommend Gary and his beautiful car.

Gary was very friendly and professional the whole time he was with us. Made me feel at ease as the bride on the way to the church. Would highly recommend!

We hired Gary for our wedding in July and he was just fantastic. Arrived promptly, shared in our joy with us during the event. The car looked fabulous and i couldn't have been happier with it. He was friendly and approachable throughout, no awkward silences both car journeys. He's very flexible and not once complained about the time we took for pictures with the car.
I won't hesitate to hire him again for future events.
