Pastry chef Aiste Berlinskaite is an experienced professional who specialises in delicious French pastries, gateaux, and other sweets. She has trained with other chefs, pastry schools, and online classes, and also spends lots of time experimenting in her kitchen. She works alongside professional chocolatier Karolis Juskenas, who was inspired by his time working alongside a chocolate master. He makes every chocolate garnish by hand and strives for the highest quality.
