Thank you so much for lovely wedding cake and biscuits. Working with Ruth was so easy and pleasant. She is a professional in her business and does everything on high level. Everyone was very happy to have a piece of our wedding cake. It is worthy!

Southwell Cakery made us the most beautiful two-tier cake, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The design was simple, elegant, and exactly what we were hoping for — you could tell a lot of care went into it. It looked incredible that we did not want to cut into it and ruin it!
But once we did, we realised it tasted even better than it looked. The lemon tier was so fresh and full of flavour without being too sweet, and the jaffa tier was rich, chocolatey, and had just the right amount of orange. Both tiers were really moist, and everyone commented on how good it was. A few guests even asked who made it so they could order from them too.
It’s so nice when something not only meets your expectations but actually goes beyond them. Southwell Cakery made the whole process easy and delivered a cake that genuinely made the day feel extra special. I’d happily order from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a cake that’s both beautiful and truly delicious. -

Delicious and exceptional service!
Ruth recently did our wedding cake and it was absolutely beautiful! It was exactly what we had visioned and throughout the whole process Ruth carefully listened to what we were looking for to create the cake we dreamed of!
Ruth took the time to talk with us to plan our flavours and what we’d like authentically and then she created the perfect 3 tier cake for us which was absolutely delicious. Our guests loved the cake and have been eating in ever since!
On the day of the wedding I didn’t even see Ruth. She snook in and delivered the cake and even completed all the decorations with our fresh flowers. She was so attentive and professional and made sure everything was perfect for our day.
Thank you for making our memorable cake Ruth. It was just what we had hoped for.

We hired southwell cakery for our wedding last month and it was everything we asked for. We had a three tiered sage green/marbled cake which fitted our theme and vision perfectly. With three different flavoured layers, they do so many amazing flavours that it was difficult to choose. Ruth was so helpful and easy to deal with, we wouldn't have chosen anyone else. Thankyou -

Ruth made me a small wedding cake to top a stack of donuts my son’s wedding last Sunday. It was beautiful and extremely delicious! She was so helpful with tips and advice on storage before the wedding and also transportation. I would highly recommend her to anyone and will certainly call on her services again -
