Beautiful, delicious cake!
We met Gemma to discuss what we wanted for our wedding cake and she was lovely! We were able to pick three delicious flavours for our cake and she accommodated all the options we wanted. The cake looks exactly how we envisioned, it was so beautiful with fresh flowers. Her cakes were also so tasty, we got many compliments. We are so grateful for her hard work. -

Creme de le creme of wedding cakes ❤️
We ordered a vintage style three tier wedding cake with burgundy cherries from Gemma, it was hard to pick our favourite from the cake tasting box. We went with carrot, cookies & cream and lemon. All three were unbelievable but cookies and cream was the winner with our guests. Gemma was so helpful & lovely all the way throughout - could not recommend her & her gorgeous cakes enough x -

We sampled cakes from Crème de la Gem and I have to report that they are absolutely divine! I especially like that they are moist, flavoursome, beautifully presented, and undeniably scrumptious. Each bite feels like it’s been made with genuine care and passion. My absolute favourite has to be the cherry Bakewell but all the others come very close to first place.
Gemma herself is a truly lovely person, and that warmth shines through in her creations. Her attention to detail and dedication to quality make every cake not just a treat, but an experience.
As I’ve told Gemma the name Crème de la Gem couldn’t be more perfect. It's a clever play on crème de la crème meaning “the best of the best” and that’s exactly what Gemma delivers. It also reflects her personal touch, making each cake feel both luxurious and lovingly made. A gem of a baker, living up to her name in every way!

Most beautiful wedding cake!!!!
Gemma made us the most beautiful cake, it really was everything we wanted and more!! Also tasted absolutely incredible, everybody loved it - she’s super talented and really responsive which made the whole process so easy!! -

We are so glad we chose Gemma to make our wedding cake! We ordered sample boxes from three different suppliers, and Gemma’s stood out. Every flavour was delicious, but the lemon drizzle and salted caramel tiers won us over completely.
From the very start, Gemma was friendly, professional, and so easy to work with. She really took the time to understand what we wanted, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The cake looked absolutely stunning on the day and fit our theme perfectly with its smooth fondant finish. It tasted even better than we remembered from the samples—our guests were full of compliments.
Working with Gemma was a completely stress-free part of the wedding planning process, and it was one less thing to worry about on the wedding day as we knew we were in good hands. We couldn't recommend her more! -

Wedding Cake & Biscuits
Gemma was incredible from start to finish! From our very first Zoom meeting, she made us feel so at ease and excited about the process. She took the time to understand exactly what we wanted, and even sent us a beautiful box of cake testers so we could choose our favourite flavours—every single one was delicious, which made the decision a tough (but tasty) one! On the big day, the cake was delivered flawlessly to our venue and looked absolutely stunning. It tasted even better than we remembered! Nothing was too much trouble for Gemma—she was kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make everything perfect. We couldn’t recommend her more! Every single person at our wedding wanted more cake. We are so glad it all went and everyone loved it as much as we did. Gemma also made us individual biscuits that matched our cake perfectly, they went down a treat too. Thank you so much for making a stressful time for us, a lot let stressful! Everything about working with Gemma was perfect. Xx -
