Nicola owner of Cake-tastic Worcestershire is a multi-award-winning wedding cake designer based in Fladbury near to Worcester. Nicola first discovered her talent at age three, guided by the skilful hands of her Mom and Nan. Since her early years of Butterfly Cakes, she has expanded her repertoire to incorporate an array of rustic and elegant designs. A devoted and deeply passionate artisan baker, Nicola looks forward to sketching and crafting your vision before bringing it masterfully to life.
Services Offered
Nicola makes everything from scratch at the Cake-tastic Worcestershire Studio, using locally produced ingredients and sustainable packaging. As part of her signature Award winning wedding package, she will design and create a bespoke wedding cake individual to your day, which will then be delivered and set up at your venue. A professional baker for many years, Nicola will work seamlessly with your desired florist and venue team to ensure everything comes together beautifully. What's more, she offers a complimentary cake tasting session, where you can decide upon your favourite flavours over tea at the studio in Worcestershire. Allergies can also be catered for, so every guest can enjoy a slice of the final mouthwatering design.

Please note that if your Venue is in excess of an hours drive from my Studio (WR10 2QS), it may not be possible to have a Wedding Cake with a Buttercream finish due to logistical issues.

How many tiers can my cake be?
The number of Tiers depends on the number of Guests you are expecting. There is no minimum/maximum, merely what is best for your circumstances. We will review this as part of your Wedding Consultation
How many flavours can I have on my cake?
Each Tier can be a different flavour if you wish. Or the entire Cake can be one flavour, it is completely your decision

Absolutely outstanding!
Where do I start with Nicola and her cakes! Outstanding, simply outstanding! Nicola made our wedding cake earlier this year and from our first meeting to discuss ideas, through to our cake tasting and then the day itself, Nicola was just the perfect mix of professionalism with person-ability and friendliness. Our cake went down a treat with everyone and we have thoroughly enjoyed the wedding process with Nicola, especially having left it with a lifelong friend! She is one of a kind with raw talent!

The most bubbly cake supplier there is!
We absolutely loved loved loved Nicola. Such a warm gentle soul with the most infectious laugh. She was so attentive to our needs and adjusted the flavours in our cake exactly to our liking (my husband wanted all the coffee and walnut flavours lol). She was very prompt with her responses, sometimes responding late into the evening just to make sure everything was on time and perfect. She even gave us a wedding card on the day. Most importantly, the cake was delicious and so beautifully decorated. Definitely a hit with our guest. We hit the jackpot with Nicola. I would recommend her a hundred times over and would absolutely use her services again. Thanks lovely lady :) x

Above and beyond
Nicola was amazing to work with and made the most delicious and beautiful cake for our wedding day. She even made extra cupcakes for a vegan guest in similar flavours.
She listened to our ideas and worked with us to create a cake that looked and tasted exactly how we wanted (even if we didn’t know what we wanted to start with!). I would recommend the white chocolate and raspberry cake to anyone and also the tester of the lemon cake was delicious!

Most delicious cake
Our wedding cake experience from start to finish was pure perfection. From the minute we met Nicola we knew we wanted her to make our wedding cake just from her personality. Then we tried her cake and knew it was a must! From the personalised cake tasting experience, to the way Nicola worked with our other suppliers- Nothing was too much effort. We had so many compliments on the day and after about the quality of our cake. Thank you so much 💕

Our favourite wedding vendor !
Nicola is the most amazing lady! She made our beautiful wedding cake and our wedding favours for our special day. Nothing was too much for her and her constant communication made the whole process seem easy and enjoyable. We felt like we had known her for years 😊The cake and favours were exactly what we wanted and genuinely tasted as good as they looked. We decided to go for a 3 tier cake with 3 flavours (Lemon, Raspberry & Strawberry) finished with buttercream. The cake was demolished before the weekend was out! Everyone commented on how delicious it was whilst going back for more. From the bottom of our hearts Nicola, Thank you. June 2021 Wedding Cake
Nicola created our wedding cake for our June 2021 wedding. Nicola really cares about your special day and the planning of colours/style etc. She is a lovely lady and welcomed us to her home for wedding cake tasting. Everything run so smoothly and the cake was delivered on the day of the wedding at our venue. The cake look and taste was amazing! I really would recommend Nicola and we will use her for other cakes in the future.

Absolutely fabulous
Nicola was just amazing from our very first contact. She was so lovely, warm and welcoming and made everything so easy. We went for a tasting session in June and just wow! Nicola’s cakes are outstanding! We had a semi naked tier as well as cupcakes and they all disappeared by the next day as everyone loved them! Nicola made 1 vegan cupcake especially for one of my guests and she said how amazing it tasted. If you are looking for someone to create an amazing and delicious personalised wedding cake but also makes you feel like a friend, look no further x

Beautiful wedding cake
Nicola made us the most beautiful wedding cake. We knew it would be delicious because we had a cake tasting morning with her a couple of months ago, but it was more delicious than we could have hoped! We chose two different flavours in our three-tier cake: two tiers were lemon and one tier was raspberry. The cake looked beautiful too. Nicola is very friendly, professional and quick to respond to emails. We would highly recommend her to anyone needing a wedding cake. Thank you Nicola!

Fantastic service from a very talented lady
Nicola has been making cakes for us for over 2 years now. Nothing is ever too much trouble on any occasion.

Not only did Nicola provide a gorgeous and very tasty wedding cake, she also provided some very tasty traybakes to go with our afternoon coffee. Her flexibility and organisation leading up to and on our wedding day was fantastic and we did not have to worry about a thing.

Nikki is Amazing!
Nikki is kind, lovely and listened to exactly what we wanted for our wedding cake. She stuck with us through several date changes due to Covid and created the most perfect design. The taste was incredible! Cannot fault her service and her bubbly, enthusiastic personality was just the “icing on the cake”. If you’re thinking of getting a cake through Nikki- stop thinking and do it- you will not regret it.
