Ever since I was young and passed the shop on the bus, I've always wanted to buy a dress from Jayne's Bridalwear. I booked a VIP session for myself and five others. I showed them what I liked, and they had the dress, but when I tried it on, it was too revealing for me. So they showed me another, very similar one, and I fell in love—it was like it was made for me! 🥰 I tried six dresses on altogether but knew I had found the one. I wasn't going to wear a veil, but they insisted I try one on, and it finished the dress off perfectly. All the staff were lovely and very helpful. I did ring them a year after I paid the dress off to see if I could try the dress on again, as I had put on weight, and they had no problem with me coming in to try it on. When I picked the dress up to take it to be altered, I got very emotional, and the staff were so lovely.

I had tried one bridal shop before this and did not feel as impressed with the dresses and venue and overall feeling of that special moment with my mum choosing my wedding dress. But as soon as we got to Jaynes! It was wow factor, the shop was stunning and exactly what id been looking for i felt special and me and my mum welcomed so warmly and looked after i had great advice and help with trying on so many stunning dresses it was almost hard to choose, but i got my dress moment at Jaynes trying on “the one!” And knew id found the perfect wedding dress. I also bought my veil and headband from the store matching perfectly with custom veil gems and pearls to match the headband from their designer.
I got such an amazing feeling in the store and enjoyed every visit back for fittings having such an amazing time!
