Kirsty was fantastic she instantly put me at ease, understood my vision for the dress I wanted and made the effort and was flexible to help us make a second appointment to try the dresses on with our bridesmaids present. The store was BEAUTIFUL and everything id dreamed of, the store had what seemed like endless selections and was so beautifully presented. The lay out of the store was so well thought out, the big mirrors, the changing room the pedestal to stand on and space for your family/friends to sit and enjoy helping you pick your dream dress. On our second appointment with our bridesmaids Jacqueline looked after us and gave us the VIB experience which was totally worth it. There was never any pressure and we all felt welcomed and happy and they made some very special touches to our visit! I couldn't have had a better experience and I LOVE that my dress was the only one, it was the perfect color and size for me, like it was fate

This was the 2nd bridal store I visited. They had the perfect balance of making it feel special without going over the top. The store was very organised and they knew their stock incredibly well. I felt listened to when stating what I liked/didn't like about each dress and they found me the perfect dress for my wedding day.
