I have been hairdressing since 2003 in a busy salon, and decided to become mobile after having 2 children.

I have a level 3 City and Guilds qualification in Hairdressing. I have also gained my Raccoon hair extension qualification, so if you're considering hair extensions, then I'm qualified to both work with them and advise on the right thing to suit you.

I have taken part in many local hair up competitions placing either first or second and so is used to working under pressure. I particularly enjoy the creativity of putting hair up and can create a style that would be fresh and new for you.

Hi I'm Rachel, my passion with makeup started when I was a little girl, I used to suffer with low self confidence and loved the confidence and super powers that makeup gave to me! Being super pale, I often felt I wasn't stereotypically pretty, so used to love how mascara would bring out my eyes and give me lashes!

After having my babies young and being a full time single mum for 10 years, I decided to start my journey into the beauty world, doing level 2 and 3 beauty therapy at Wiltshire college, here I learnt all about contouring, face and eye shapes, and products for skin types. I also learnt a lot about skincare which is something I am passionate about. I offer facials and skincare advice to brides if they feel they need it, but my number 1 tip would be to drink plenty of water , ditch the facial wipes for a Cleanser that is suitable for your skin type, and use sun protection all year round to avoid UV damage, and keep the skin looking youthful for longer. In 2017 . My favourite red lip is Ruby woo by Mac, I just love the smell and the brightest, it's also suitable for every skin tone. People say that I'm quite a calm person to be around, which can be useful if you're someone who gets quite anxious.

I did my apprenticeship for a company called Regis in Surrey, often having salon training days up in London in the huge great salons up there, it was great training and has set me up very well.

I worked and managed salons until I was 28 when I decided to start my own mobile business, I cover all aspects of hairdressing but my passion is bridal hair. Being mobile meant I was able to travel to wedding venues to be there for my brides so they could have their hair done in some beautiful places across the South West.

If asked what my particular style is I would say the pretty whimsical type of bridal hair, but I can turn my hand to all different styles and themes and will very much be guided by you and your particular idea.
