Jess made sure she put me at ease after an awful experience with another make up artist she made me feel confident and comfortable and was a joy to be around. She also made my bridesmaids feel confident as they don’t wear make up normally but were over the moon with their results! Maria Sent on 02/08/2026I honestly couldn’t recommend Charlotte, Sarah, Rhianon and Emily enough. They were such an important part of my wedding morning and helped make the whole experience so special.
Charlotte was absolutely incredible. She did my bridal makeup and made me feel truly amazing. From the very beginning, she made me feel comfortable, confident and completely looked after. She stepped in at the last minute for my trial after a change of plans, and although it was nobody’s fault, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was organised and perfect. A huge thank you to Emily for arranging everything so smoothly and making sure I was taken care of.
On the wedding day, Charlotte created a look that made me feel like the best version of myself. She understood exactly what I wanted and made me feel so beautiful and confident — something I’ll always remember.
Sarah did the bridal party makeup and was fantastic. She was so talented, calm and lovely to have there, making sure everyone looked amazing and felt their best.
Rhianon did the bridal party hair and created beautiful styles that suited everyone perfectly. She was so professional, friendly and helped make the morning relaxed and enjoyable.
Thank you all so much for your talent, kindness and for being such a special part of our wedding day. I’m so grateful to have had you there and would recommend you to any bride-to-be. 🤍

Louise and Monique did our hair and make up on the morning and I’ve never felt more beautiful! They were highly skilled and Louise was fantastic with make up with all different ages of skin! 100% would recommend to anyone! -

Great company to work with, everyone was really lovely and friendly, they travelled to me for the hair and make up trials and then were willing to be flexible when I realised I had messed up on the day numbers, Really couldn't recommend them more- specifically leanne and laura who made my day so smooth. -

Used South West Bridal Hair for my Wedding. Liza and Jadie were amazing, friendly and great stylists. They did my hair plus 7 others and we were all more than pleased with the results. Can't thank them enough and would highly recommend. -

Jen and Natalie were fantastic at our wedding on Saturday. They were super calm and positive with the wedding party, which made everyone feel relaxed whilst they were getting ready, despite numerous interruptions from our little flower gang. They were great with some last minute requests, and everyone looked absolutely beautiful! They made me well and truly feel and look like a bride. I wanted to say a massive thank you to Emily for organising them to come for our wedding and to them for being brilliant on the day and during the trials beforehand! -

Despite the chaos of 5 under 14s, 2 more bridesmaid, mother of the bride and a bride, they were both so calm and collected and so professional. Natalie listened to exactly what I wanted for the girls hair and they all looked perfect when they were finished, she understood exactly what I wanted! Leanne did the adults makeup and listened to what each of them wanted, and tailored their looks to this, they all looked beautiful.
Leanne remembered exactly what I wanted from the trial, and as someone who doesn’t wear make-up day to day, was able to make me feel confident and beautiful for my wedding day. Would 100% recommend both Leanne and Natalie for other brides looking for their special days.
Also, it has been so helpful having Emily as the contact for everything and helping to make a schedule for the morning - saved a lot of bridal stress!South West Bridal Hair and Make-up's reply:

I booked Laura for hair and Sophie for Make up through Emily, & easier than having to arrange separately, as Emily checked availability for the services that I want and Emily sent details of who was available and pricing and when agreed she sent the details. I arranged my trials with Laura and Sophie separately. At my trials and on the day both Laura & Sophie offered advise to me & those also getting ready to ensure that we all happy with our hair and make up. Both arrived early on the morning my which meant things went smoothly in the morning, as it was an early start. Sophie was really good at offering advice to my mum, who has a facial paralysis, and people commented how nice her make was during the day. My mum really loved what Laura did with her hair as she has short curly hair. Thank you Laura and Sophie. -
