I contacted Hazel to arrange for her to style my best friend, Steph’s hair on her wedding day. We’re quite far away so a trial wasn’t an option but I wanted Steph to consult with Hazel before the wedding to be sure she’d be comfortable and ease any nerves. Hazel was so accommodating from the word go and was as keen as me to ensure Steph was comfortable. They had a phone conversation or two and arranged everything they needed to ahead of the big day.
The morning of the wedding, the lovely Hazel arrived bright & early & just got stuck in. Not only did Hazel do an absolutely fabulous job of Steph’s hair, she also did my hair which has never looked so good. Hazel was then super quick to jump in & save the day when a lady from our wedding party was having a bit of a bad hair morning, keeping everyone calm in the process. Everyone’s hair looked amazing & stood the test of the sea breeze throughout the day too!
I can’t recommend Hazel enough. Not only is she incredibly talented, she is also such a pleasure to have around, especially on a wedding morning. We will be returning to Cornwall annually for various events & I absolutely will be booking Hazel again if she’ll have us!

Hazel was so incredibly caring and meticulous on my wedding day! She did a trial and two haircuts ahead of it just so we could ensure we had the best result. She did iteration after iteration until I was totally comfortable and the result was incredibly refined and chic. She also made me, my mom and my maid of honour feel so calm and confident on the day itself! She was my dream to work with -- thank you Hazel!
