Made to Perfection are based out of Fleet, Hampshire in south-east England and specializes in wedding-day hair and makeup. Lead hair and makeup artist Melissa Kassinen is dedicated to creating looks that help her clients to look and feel beautiful. She graduated with an HND in Specialist Makeup from West Thames, gaining experience in the wedding hair and makeup field. Melissa is determined to create unforgettable looks for her customers.

Services Offered

An initial consultation with Made to Perfection - Hair and Makeup Artist allows clients the opportunity to trial different looks, finding that one feels right for your special day. Melissa works with a personalized approach, collaborating with clients directly to understand their vision for their finished look. On the day of the wedding, Melissa will travel to your location to provide you and your wedding party with unforgettable hair and makeup looks.

Up to 10miles return travel is included (from GU51), after which it is 45p per mile

How many people can you beautify for one wedding?

I have done up to 8 people for both hair and makeup (but of course this does require an early start!)

Can you provide your beauty services for pre-wedding and post-wedding photography?

Beautiful Hair & Makeup for the Bridal Party

Melissa did the hair and makeup for the mothers of the bride and groom as well as 2 of my bridesmaid, and everyone looked absolutely beautiful. She made sure to ask beforehand what each of them wanted, and she really delivered. The looks suited each person perfectly and lasted all day. She was punctual, organised, and kept everything running smoothly, with great communication throughout. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!”

You won't find better!!

I've been lucky enough to have Melissa do my make up a few times and she is absolutely exceptional. So warm, friendly, and professional, and her work is top class. She even managed to blend in an unfortunate sunburn!!

Excellent hair and makeup!

I chose Melissa for her competitive rates and excellent reviews and she did not disappoint. With 5 bridesmaids, it was a challenging task but she took it all in her stride and could not have been more accommodating and helpful. My bridal party loved their hair and makeup and it lasted all day. I had many compliments and would definitely
recommend.

Fabulous service!

I was a nervous mature bride & Melissa was so kind and helpful. I had a trial with her to work out how I wanted to look on my wedding day - which really helped.
She turned up at the hotel in the morning of the wedding & did make up for my 2 bridesmaids, then me. She was very friendly & efficient. She made me look naturally glamorous & I've never felt more beautiful. Would definitely recommend Melissa for any future bride. Thank you Melissa. ❤️

Great for any special occasion!

True To Life

When I met Melissa at my Hair and Make up trial, she had a friendly approach and truly made me comfortable. She listened to what I wanted and with some tweaks, She truly captured and created the look for my wedding. She was my first Hair and Make up artist and just by the trial I knew I wanted to book her for my wedding. I'm so glad i did because my Girls looked gorgeous and i felt like the princess and the Bride i wanted to be.

Melissa has done my hair and makeup for me multiple times, for various occasions, over the years and I wouldn’t trust anyone else!

Absolutely Amazing

I desperately needed my hair and make up done for a wedding that I was attending as a guest and I left everything to about 1 week prior to the wedding date.

I went onto Google and this is where I came across Melissa and I am so glad I did.

Melissa is an absolute gem of a person and Melissa was so accommodating and managed to fit me in at such late notice.

I received so many compliments for my hair and make up on the day from wedding guests and I felt like a million dollars.

I will 100% get in contact with Melissa for any future hair or make up events I am needing to attend.

Couldn't ask for more!

Melissa was an absolute star.. took time to listen to me and put me at my ease straight away.
I dislike seeing myself in pictures but Melissa's efforts truly took my breath away, making me feel beautiful and 100% camera ready. No mean feat!
Great value for money from a lady very skilled in her art. Highly recommended!
