What services do you offer?

What is included in the wedding package?
My wedding-day package includes your bridal hairstyling on the morning of your wedding, with a personalised style created to suit you, your dress and overall bridal look. I’ll work with you to create a hairstyle that feels like you, is secure and comfortable, and lasts throughout your day. I’ll also create a clear schedule for the morning to ensure everything runs smoothly and you feel relaxed and looked after. Bridal party hairstyling can be added, along with travel and a second stylist where required. Bridal trials are booked separately
How far in advance should I contact you?
I recommend getting in touch as soon as you have your wedding date and venue confirmed, particularly if you’re getting married during the popular summer months. I take a limited number of weddings each year to ensure I can give every bride a personal and relaxed experience. That said, it’s always worth asking about your date, even if your wedding is coming up soon — I may still have availability
Do you work at homes?
Yes
What is the charge for travelling?
Travel is complimentary within a 15-mile radius of Herefordshire. Beyond 15 miles, a travel fee of £0.70 per mile applies to cover the additional time and mileage involved
Could you stay with the bride until the photo shoot?
Yes
How many people can you beautify for one wedding?
I have successfully styled up to 8 people on my own, although this will always depend on your ceremony time, getting-ready location and the hairstyles required. I’ll create a realistic schedule to make sure everyone is ready on time without the morning feeling rushed. For larger bridal parties, or earlier ceremony times, I can also arrange a second stylist to ensure everything runs smoothly and you can enjoy a calm, relaxed morning
Can you provide your beauty services for pre-wedding and post-wedding photography?

What are the forms of payment?
I currently accept bank transfer as my preferred method of payment. Full payment details and payment dates will be provided when your booking is confirmed

Such a wonderful person! 🌟 Tracey is a star!
Tracey was so friendly right from the beginning, and she was very professional and polite. When I attended my hair trial, she was so understanding of what I wanted and she was really invested in getting the look right, she was willing to try as many styles as I needed. On the day, she arrived promptly and started working straight way, keeping to time constraints and allowing extra time in our schedule. She was calm and polite and styled our hair beautifully. She listens to what you want and turns your vision into reality! She was such a wonderful person to work with, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for beautiful and modern elegant hairstyles.

Amazing bridal hairdresser!
So happy to have found Tracey to do my bridal hair and my bridesmaids. Tracey is highly skilled, professional, responsive and also really friendly and easy to get on with. She brought the vision I had of my wedding hair to life, and made improvements to the design over a couple of trials that were very helpful to have beforehand. Tracey also did a wonderful job with several bridesmaids and a groomslady, and it was lovely to see us all with such fabulous hair. Highly recommend, was lovely to have her skill and calming presence on the wedding day. Wish I could have my hair done so lovely more often!

April wedding
Tracey did the most fantastic job with my hair on my wedding day. I felt very comfortable, it held all day and into the evening, and everybody complimented me on it. Tracey was extremely flexible and professional throughout, and her calm energy helped me to enjoy the morning of the wedding. She also did my sister, mother and two flower girls' hair, and all of them looked amazing, and were very happy. I couldn't recommend Tracey more.

Fantastic Hairdresser. Will go the extra mile. Nothing is too much and flexible to work around my crazy household.

What a fantastic experience
We have been friends for many years and when I got engaged the only person I thought of doing my hair for my wedding was Tracey. Not only is she amazing at bridal hair but she also has great energy which puts you at ease from the get go. I would absolutely recommend Tracey to any new bride to be!! Her attention to detail is second to none and my experience was extremely positive. Overall I am highly satisfied and would recommend Tracey Dodd.

Perfect Wedding Day
Tracey was amazing to work with for my wedding. Nothing was too much trouble, my hair trials were so good I was not worried at all. Tracey also did 5 bridesmaids of mine and each style was unique but in keeping with my theme. I would definitely recommend Tracey for any bridal hair.
