I originally booked Jayne after spending hours looking through bridal makeup artists, and Jayne's page immediately stood out to me. What I loved was seeing the real women and brides, of all various ages and styles! As an older bride who really isn't into makeup and beauty, I found so much inspiration in her work.

From the moment I met Jayne at my trial, along with my two teenage daughters, she instantly put us all at ease. She completely understood the look I wanted and made both me and my girls look absolutely spectacular, whilst still keeping their makeup natural and age appropriate.

On the wedding day itself, Jayne was incredible. She brought such calm and positive vibes, kept everything relaxed and most importantly, kept ME calm! She made the whole experience so enjoyable, was a genuinely lovely person to have with me on such an important morning.

Jayne was absolutely fantastic, and I couldn’t recommend her enough. From the moment I first messaged her, she was so friendly and made me feel completely at ease. At my trial, she really listened to what I wanted and created a beautiful look.

After the trial, there were a couple of small things I wanted to tweak, not because she’d done anything wrong, but simply personal preferences like slightly lighter eye makeup and less pink blush. Jayne welcomed all of my feedback with no hesitation, which made me feel so comfortable being honest about exactly what I wanted. She genuinely wanted me to feel my best, and it showed.

On my wedding day, my makeup was absolutely perfect. I felt so beautiful and confident, and I never once worried about having my photo taken because I loved how my makeup looked. It lasted brilliantly all day and into the evening too.

Jayne also did the makeup for three of my bridesmaids, and they all looked absolutely stunning. She helped make the whole morning feel calm and enjoyable, and I’m so grateful she was part of such a special day. Thank you, Jayne!

Jayne was extraordinary!!! She was incredibly professional and super talented with both makeup and hair. I had a 4-day wedding event and she managed to create a completely different look with my makeup and hair for each day. My guests and closest friends loved what she did and kept commenting and during and afterwards about how impressed they were. My mother also absolutely loved what she did with her hair and said she got so many compliments. We highly recommend her for your event!

We booked with BridalBy for hair and make up at our wedding and I cannot recommend them enough. I met Jayne at a previous wedding and knew I needed her for my wedding too.

BridalBy are clear in all of their information and communications, I really appreciated all of the information I needed even before booking. I knew I wanted hair and make up for me and my MOH, BridalBy's package was bride and 3 others for best use of HMUA time so I gotto gift hair and make up to our sisters also.

Jayne made every stage super simple and was exceptional at putting me at ease while understanding my ideas. I'm very anxious and Jayne was so good with me, she is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced in her craft. I trusted her completely in communications, trial and on my wedding day.

Our supporting artist was Claudia, she was also amazing. Our whole bridal party have commented on how great both artists were on the day, and our guests commented on how good our hair and make up were.

Jayne did my bridal hair and makeup, as well as the entire bridal party (which was a big group!), and I honestly couldn’t have asked for anyone better.

From the moment I met her, she immediately put me at ease. I’m not particularly girly and don’t usually do anything fancy with my hair, so I was quite nervous—but I trusted her wholeheartedly. She completely understood me and everything I wanted, even when I struggled to put it into words.

I had sent her a few images of styles I liked but couldn’t really explain what drew me to them. Jayne asked all the right questions and just got it. She created a look that didn’t take away from my dress but enhanced it beautifully—with subtle touches and, as she described it, “a nod to the dress.” Everything tied together perfectly, from the colours she chose to the overall style.

She also had two other lovely ladies helping her on the day, and together they made such an amazing team. Despite the size of the bridal party, everything ran so smoothly and calmly. Everyone felt looked after, and each person’s individual style and preferences were taken into account—no one felt rushed or overlooked.

On top of her incredible talent, Jayne is one of the kindest and most calming people I’ve ever met. She brought such a lovely energy to the morning—any nerves, stress, or overwhelming moments just disappeared when she was around. She really made the whole experience feel special and enjoyable, not just for me but for everyone there.

My hair and makeup were absolutely perfect and lasted all day (and night!). Nothing budged, and I still felt completely like myself—just a more polished version. She had complete control over everything, and the whole morning ran seamlessly because of her professionalism and organisation.

She went above and beyond in every way, and I feel so lucky to have had her (and her team) as part of my wedding morning.

So to put it simply… she was perfect—I couldn’t recommend her more ❤️

Jayne did my hair and make up for an awards ceremony and made me feel like a million dollars! I gave Jayne free rein and she did not disappoint! I received so many compliments. Jayne really is a real life fairy godmother but with a make up brush not a wand 🤣🧚🏼‍♀️❤️x

She completely understood what I wanted from my wedding hair & make up and worked her magic to make me feel like a princess on my special day - it also all lasted well into the early hours. Jayne is just absolutely lovely and made my wedding morning have the perfect fun and chilled vibes.
My mom also unfortunately had a fall before the wedding and injured her face and needed stitches - Jayne did her make up for the wedding and made her feel completely comfortable which was a lovely extra special touch.
