“The loveliest castle in the world” offers a choice of venues and packages, including residential weddings within the castle and grounds for your ceremony and celebrations.

From the initial viewing, to the great day itself, our service is tailored to meet your specific wishes and ensure that your wedding day is perfect.

The castle and its magnificent grounds are owned by the Leeds Castle Foundation - a charitable trust established in 1974 by the castle’s last private owner, the Hon Olive, Lady Baillie. She, like so many other illustrious owners, fell in love with Leeds Castle, and its care and conservation became her life’s work.

There is a choice of venues at Leeds Castle in which to hold your wedding and are all licensed for civil marriage and partnership ceremonies. The Castle offers the Dining Room to hold your ceremony, followed by your wedding breakfast served in the impressive Henry VIII Banqueting Hall. There are 20 bedrooms within the castle to accommodate guests. The Maiden’s Tower is a self-contained venue on the castle island offering two tapestry hung rooms to hold your ceremony and celebrations, and also has a private garden for outside drinks receptions. There are also five en-suite bedrooms available. The Fairfax Hall is available for evening receptions and for larger parties, the Cedar Lawn can be hired for marquee weddings.

Accommodation is available across the estate including 17 newly refurbished bed and breakfast rooms in the stable courtyard.  

Leeds Castle offers a host of finishing touches including musical entertainment and stunning flower arrangements prepared by the castle’s florist. We also have on-site caterers who will discuss your food and drink requirements with you.

When it comes to photographs, Leeds Castle, set in the valley of the River Len in the heart of the Garden of England, must be unrivalled for its spectacular scenery and backdrops.

      Perfect in every way!!
      We could not have asked for anything more!! Our wedding was simply perfect. Venue .... stunning, staff.....out of this world, food....great. Even the weather was fantastic! Could not have asked for anymore. Thank you to all the staff at Leeds Castle!

      Simply amazing. We lived in Leeds village for many years but doing our wedding here was simply spectacular. Staff could do enough. Stayed at the castle with 40 friends...Everyone was blown away. 4* service...we loved it. Leon we cant thank you enough. X
