We are James and Charlotte, the founders of Thyme & Paper Productions. We know how much work goes into planning your special day, and how tricky it can be to pick suppliers when there are so many options out there.

You spend a lot of time with your photographers and videographers on your wedding day, so we really recommend choosing people who you know you’ll have a laugh with! It is an absolute privilege to share in our couples’ wedding days and we love capturing every belly laugh, every teary-eyed relative, every tipsy bridesmaid and every candid moment of your big day.

If you’re worried about awkward, uncomfortable posing - you’ve come to the right place, because that’s not our style. Our approach to making wedding films is relaxed and unintrusive. We might give you a pointer here and there, but mostly we’ll blend into the background and catch you being natural, authentic and just yourselves!

Our goal is always to put you at ease whilst capturing all the fun and emotion of your big day in a high quality, cinematic wedding film that you will cherish forever.

Services Offered

• All our wedding film packages come with a 5-8 minute highlight film, capturing the emotions and feel of the day in a carefully crafted video, edited around hand-picked music and audio snippets from your ceremony and speeches.

• All our videos are filmed and edited in 4K as standard and include high quality cinematic editing and colour grading.

• Coverage starts during morning preparations until around an hour after your first dance. We can discuss hours additional to this, however this will come at an extra cost.

• Highlights and extended films do include clips from the ceremony and speeches, but not in their entirety.

• Drone shots are included where possible, (and James will jump at any chance to fly the drone!), but this is dependent on location and weather.

• After your wedding day, we aim to have a social media teaser sent to you within 72 hours - but usually sooner because we know you can’t wait!

• Your highlights video will be sent to you within 8 weeks of your wedding date. Speeches, ceremony and extended videos can take longer, especially during peak wedding season.
