We've designed our wedding video editing service to be simple, personal and completely flexible.

You don't need to be a filmmaker. Your guests don't need professional cameras. And you don't need to worry about capturing everything perfectly.

We'll guide you through the process from beginning to end.

1. We get to know you

Before your wedding, you'll complete a short questionnaire so we can understand your celebration and the kind of film you'd love to have.

We'll learn about your:

• Preferred storytelling style

We'll then have a conversation with you to make sure we understand your vision and help you decide how you'd like your guests to capture and submit their footage.

2. We help you gather the moments

Your guests become part of the storytelling process.

We'll provide simple guidance on what to capture, how to capture it and how to submit it, so your friends and family can contribute naturally throughout the day.

There are two main ways to collect your footage, and you can use both.

Option One: Your Personal Upload Link

We'll provide you with a personalised web link and QR code for your wedding.

You can share the QR code with your guests through your invitations, wedding website, signage or reception table.

Guests simply scan the QR code or visit the link and upload their photos and videos directly to your wedding collection.

Option Two: Gather Your Own Footage

If you'd rather collect everything yourselves, that's absolutely fine.

Your guests can send their photos and videos to you through your preferred method, and you can then provide us with your organised collection or drive.

Or Use Both

You don't have to choose.

You can have guests upload footage directly while also gathering additional photos and videos from friends and family afterwards.

We'll work with whichever system works best for you.

3. Personalised Guest Instructions

Want to make your guests part of the experience?

We can also prepare personalised wedding table tents with simple instructions explaining how to capture moments throughout your day and where to upload them.

Your table tents can be designed to complement your wedding aesthetic and include your personalised QR code.

We'll discuss everything with you beforehand, including what you'd like your guests to capture and how you'd like the collection process to work.

4. You celebrate

After your wedding, your collection comes to us.

Whether you've gathered footage from dozens of guests, a handful of loved ones, your own phones or even additional footage from your professional wedding suppliers, we'll organise everything you've provided.
