What does the wedding package include?

My wedding packages range from half day coverage to full day coverage (morning prep to first dance). Please see my full packages & prices breakdown on my hitched profile

How far in advance should I contact you?

There is no set time frame but all I will say is contact me asap to secure the date. Booking early is never a bad thing and its the worst feeling ever telling a couple I'm already booked on their date

Do you cover more than one wedding a day?

No

Can you travel?

Yes, i normally work within a 3hr drive from Newcastle Upon Tyne but can travel further afield in the UK if required

What is the charge for travelling?

If your wedding is within a 3hr drive of Newcastle Upon Tyne there is no travel charge at all. If you are further than a 3hr drive then the platinum package fee applies plus a £100 travel fee

What kind of technology do you use?

Digital

Do you use a specific technique or innovative approach?

I use a variety of filmmaking / cinematic techniques to bring your footage to life! I'm also extremely hardworking always looking for moments to capture. Plus you won't even know I'm there!

What kind of equipment do you use?

This videographer comes prepared! I will use upto 5 4K cameras including gimbals, drones, multiple pro camcorders. I also have pro audio capture equipment for speeches and the ceremony

Do you work alone or do you have a team of professionals?

Alone

Do you charge per hour or per event?

Per event

If needed, would you be able to work extra hours?

Yes

How do you charge extra time?

Totally depends on the nature of the extra work and what that entails (early starts, late finishes, more editing, etc). Feel free to get in touch and enquire about any extra work you may need

What are the forms of payment?

Bank transfer is best. Any payment you send will be confirmed by me and a receipt can be given (if required). The deposit is £100 and the remaining payment can be made any time before the big day

How do you work?

Extremely hard! I normally work from morning prep to first dance, constantly looking for special moments to capture on film. All with a fun, friendly vibe, and a smile on my face enjoying the day

Absolutely Amazing

If we could score Ross 10 ⭐️ then we would! Value for money here is a no brainer given some of the crazy prices there are out there! The saying you get what you pay for in this instance does not count! Ross is worth every penny and then some and very reasonably priced imo, He is such a lovely guy and very professional, barely even knew he was there, and we are over the moon with the standard of footage from our day. I’ve seen other wedding videos from people who paid much more and standard was not as good as we received. The cherry on top was receiving our USB, I won’t spoil it for anyone but OMG so thoughtful and very much unexpected.
Would not hesitate to recommend Ross

Amazing - friendly, down to earth and incredibly talented

Ross was our videographer for our wedding in August and we couldn’t recommended him more!!! He is the most lovely guy, had everyone at ease, the kids loved chasing him ha! We got our footage back last night and it’s way above expectations. He’s captured so many little moments, went above and beyond to get extra footage, and given us memories we had forgotten, or missed on the day.
If you’re looking for a friendly, extremely talented Videographer then choose Ross, you won’t regret it.

Amazing videographer

I highly recommend Ross. Ross was the videographer at my sister’s wedding in 2022 and did an amazing job, so when I was planning my own wedding I knew I wanted him to book him.

He is so friendly, put us at ease and made the day so fun and chilled. He worked so well with our photographer and we are so happy with our final videos.
