Ben was truely amazing!! After umming and arring right up to 9 days before our big day as to whether to book a videographer or not, we are both so so glad that we did! He really captured the day perfectly and all of those bits that you just dont see. His editing of the videos after the day has really bought it all together and we will treasure this video forever! Thank you so much Ben!!

We asked our photographer for videographer recommendations, as having a wedding video was something that we were considering. They mentioned that they often work with Ben from BRS Wedding Films. We had a look at Ben's work and decided to reach out via his contact form - still not certain that we would stretch to video.
Ben sent across a mail introducing himself; he stated clearly that he was available for our date, reiterated the comment from the photographer that they work together often, and work well as a team on the day. He also sent across his brochure. We spoke with Ben over the phone, who was knowledgeable, polite and not at all pushy. He asked about us, our plans for the day, and what our hopes would be if we did opt for video. After that phone call, we decided we were going to have a wedding video.
We kept in contact while planning, and met for a day in detail meeting, with the photographer, as they both needed similar info, so we made the most of everyone's time. It was clear from seeing the photographers and Ben in a room together that they work well together, which was so great.
On the day, Ben simply captured the day. And by that we mean there was very little, if any 'staged' moments directed by Ben, he captured us engaging with each other, our family, our friends; the tender moments, the happy moments, the emotional moments, as they happened. So much so, it was easy to forget that he was even there, in the best possible way of course. When looking at our video; we were so surprised at how many angles, how many moments he captured, as hardly any one noticed cameras anywhere. But at the same time, Ben also felt like he was a guest; part of the family. It was more than we could have asked for.
We received the editted videos about 3 months after the wedding (sooner than we'd anticipated given we were an end of Summer wedding!), and the highlight and feature clips specifically were / are beautiful. The emotion, the feeling was captured so perfectly. The 4 films we received will be treasured for a lifetime and beyond.
If you're on the fence about video; do it. And BRS Wedding Video is a phenomenal choice.

Choosing to have a videographer was a bit of a last minute decision. We had a recommendation about Ben and thankfully he was available on our date.
