Wow! Where do I start with this amazing venue?! We recently had our wedding ceremony here as well as our wedding reception and I can honestly say it was the best day of our lives! Jade has helped us organise our dream wedding… nothing was too much trouble and she always understood our vision. She was so responsive on emails and always there when we needed her.
Our day ran so smoothly and just perfect! All of our guests have commented on how great the service and food was.
We actually made a weekend of it and hosted a buffet on the Friday evening too which was also incredibly good!
The whole team are just fantastic and make you feel so welcome! We must give a special thank you to Dave the night porter too! Who looked after us later on and again nothing. Was too much trouble! We cannot wait to come back as we feel The Hoste Arms are now our lifelong friends!

We had the most amazing day at The Hoste in September 2023. Jade was amazingly helpful from the start (we first visited some 18 mths before!) and was always really helpful and responded quickly when we had any queries. The venue itself is amazing, and all of our guests have commented on how lovely it is there, and how great the food, facilities and customer service is. I honestly would recommend this as a wedding venue for anyone who is looking in the Norfolk area!

We had our ceremony and reception in the Garden Room and the Walled Garden at The Hoste and we would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect wedding venue.
From our first visit and leading up to the day, Jade and Lisa were great; listening to our plans, answering questions and making suggestions to help with planning our day.
We fell in love with the light airy Garden Room on our first visit and though it was winter we could see how lovely the Walled Garden would be for our ceremony and guests to enjoy on our day.
We decorated and set up the Garden Room the afternoon before and Jade and Lisa were so welcoming and on hand to help with all the details. The day itself was managed perfectly by Jade, Lisa and their team from start to finish.
Our guests all had a lovely day, many complimenting the food and venue. The majority of our friends and family are from Norfolk and though many of them had visited The Hoste previously, many hadn't realised there was a dedicated and separate event space.
Thanks again to Jade, Lisa and they're brilliant team for such a fantastic day, we only wish we could do it all again!

We had a small guest number and struggled to find anywhere that this wasn’t an issue for.
Jade was amazing and planned our day to perfection. Starting with drinks and snacks for the group before the ceremony, we had an area of the hotel bar set aside for us and a designated bar man to look after us. Charles was a superstar and nothing was too much trouble for him, including getting ice cream and straws for our toddler!
Jade was brilliant at getting hubby to the registrar on time and coordinating the group so we were all where we should be at the right time!
From start to finish we felt properly looked after, nothing was too much trouble for anybody at The Hoste.
Everything went perfectly, the food was amazing, even the fussiest eaters said that they really enjoyed the food.
We had the whole of The Vine House for our party and this worked so well. After we had finished eating , drinking and dancing we went back there and could relax in our own area.
If I could go back and do the day again I would do much so we are planning an anniversary trip next year!

From the minute we arrived at The Hoste travelling from Kent to view the Venue, I knew I wanted to get married at The Hoste, Jade was so accommodating, nothing was too much to ask!
My guest commented on how well the day flowed, and how delicious the food was…
Jade even brought my breakfast up to me whilst getting ready with my bridal party.
We arrived the day before our wedding, was able to set up, go through final plans and music, the team were so friendly and helpful whenever we needed them.
The location of The Hoste within a beautiful village meant we got some wonderful photos too.

From moment one we knew this venue would be perfect and it was. The weather was great so we had the ceremony in the walled garden which looked absolutely beautiful. Our reception was in the garden room, which is where we would have been if it had rained, and with all the large doors open it was just like being in the garden and worked perfectly. The staff were all great and the food was delicious. Jade, (the events manager) was fantastic from the first moment we spoke and had everything covered so we didn’t have to worry about a thing, on the day and in the lead up. We had the best day and would recommend The Hoste to anyone.

Our wedding at the The Hoste was perfect. We had a church wedding beforehand then the reception in garden room and it was exactly what we wanted. Jade was an excellent wedding coordinator from the moment we started thinking about choosing this venue. We didn’t live close so Jade always made time for zoom calls and efficiently responded to any of our emails and questions. Every aspect of the day was thoughtfully planned by Jade and it all went so smoothly. The garden room was beautiful, light and spacious, we had 50 guests and Jade helped us to plan the tables exactly as we wanted them. Jade and her team organised everything behind the scene on the day and they helped the band get set up and ready without anyone even noticing. The food was fantastic, very high quality and all our friends and family commented on how good the food was. There was more than enough food, the evening food was also excellent and perked everyone up at the end of the evening. All the rooms that the guests stayed in were lovely and the breakfast was also an excellent standard.
We couldn’t have organised this wedding without Jade, nothing was a problem for her and she made the day perfect for us.
I wish we could do it all again! Thank you to everyone at The Hoste.

From our very first contact with the Events Planner, Jade, we felt well looked after and well-prepared for our big day.
As soon as we arrived at the venue to set up the day before the wedding, we were met with extremely helpful, courteous and considerate staff who made us feel welcome.

As anyone has ever planned a wedding would understand, there are a 101 thing which could go wrong on the day. However Jade and her team went above and beyond to ensure that our day went smoothly and that we and our guests had the best possible time.

We can honestly say that our wedding was everything we could have hoped for. We have had so many wonderful comments from our guests telling us it was one of the best weddings they had been to.

We had the most amazing wedding day at The Hoste in May 2023. Jade, our wedding coordinator made sure the day ran without a hitch and it had the exact relaxed and chilled out feel we were going for. We had a 2 night stay with The Hoste and we felt completely looked after by the whole team. I honestly cannot fault a single thing. The food was amazing, and the staff were even better.. really attentive and there to help our stay run as smoothly as possible.

We had our beautiful wedding at the Hoste with 50 of our closest friends and family and it was a truly magical weekend. Our wedding planner Jade was with us from beginning to end ( literally the final songs of the night) and she made our vision come to life. The day ran smoothly and we didn't have to worry about a thing - for that we want to give her a MASSIVE THANK YOU! The staff were super lovely and Martin on reservations was on hand to make sure our guests were booked in for the weekend. The food was delicious - the wine flowing and we didn't want the party to end. Maybe time to plan an anniversary party! I can't recommend this venue enough :) Elisa & Ross x

We had the most amazing wedding day at The Hoste! Jade and the team were helpful, professional, personable and organised from the moment we made our initial enquiry all the way through to the end of our very special day.

From the very beginning we felt that Jade understood us as a couple, she took time to understand what was important to us and she understood exactly how we wanted our wedding day to be - we cannot thank her enough as the day was everything we had hoped for.

We held our wedding reception at The Hoste at the end of May and also stayed for two nights either side of the wedding and wanted to say a huge thank you for an absolutely brilliant stay!

First of all, the venue itself is absolutely beautiful, with a large conservatory room and a garden out the back which is a lovely suntrap and we had it all to ourselves so it was perfect for our drinks reception.

As for the wedding reception, the events manager, Jade, was absolutely brilliant every step of the way, right from our very first telephone call right through to the day itself. I cannot thank her enough! She was great at responding to all of my emails asking a million and one questions, she was very accommodating of all our requests, particularly as we wanted to have a ceilidh band for the evening! She was extremely thorough and her attention to detail made me know I was in safe hands! She really knows her stuff! This just made the whole process of planning the reception so easy and took a lot of the stress off me as the bride. The whole day ran smoothly like clockwork from our arrival for the drinks reception and canapés, dinner service for the wedding breakfast, clearing down the tables to make space for the band and dancing and lastly our ‘midnight snack’ at the end of the night, which all of our guests absolutely loved! Thank you Jade and to all your team!

Martin was also a great help coordinating all the room bookings for our guests who all commented on how lovely their rooms were and that they all felt thoroughly spoilt, so thank you very much!

We stayed in room 57 in the Vine House for the wedding night and I also stayed there the night before the wedding. The room is beautiful with a lovely big freestanding bath.

I would definitely recommend The Hoste for anyone thinking of having their wedding there. It was a magical day we will never forget and thank you to everyone involved in making it so special!

We absolutely loved The Hoste from the moment we were shown around. Our special day may have been postponed from our original date due to Covid-19 but this was handled so smoothly, we kept in communication all the way through and eliminated any additional stress.

When our day finally came around in 2021 it was absolutely perfect. Our ceremony was held at the local church, and our reception in the beautiful Garden Room. As a wedding party, we were truly looked after, nothing was too much trouble. Jade (The Events Manager) was a true professional, calm under pressure, and ensured we did not need to worry about anything across the day. Liaising with our suppliers, and checking in with us throughout the day.

The church being only a short distance away from the Hoste enabled us as a wedding party and our guests to walk across to the church. Once back at the Hoste our drinks reception was held in the courtyard in the Autumn sunshine. Followed by our reception in the Garden Room, the light, bright and airy room was the perfect backdrop. Space for all of our guests, our band, and completley flexible with our chosen theme and decor.

We received so many compliments on The Hoste as a wedding venue, the day ran so smoothly and we loved that everything was in one place for our guests. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
