We had our wedding at The Grange in Leverton, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue—or lovelier people—than Vicky and Steve.
From the very first visit, we were blown away by the wow factor of the venue. The big window in the ceremony room gave everything a gorgeous outdoor feel, without us having to stress about the British weather! The package deals were also a huge plus, including so much and making the planning process that bit easier.
Vicky and Steve were incredible throughout. They just got what we needed, always checking in and gently prompting us to make sure we stayed on track. Every conversation made us feel like we were the most important couple—especially on the day itself.
One of the things that really stood out to us was how smoothly everything ran. When we arrived on the Friday for our rehearsal, everything was already set up. It meant we could actually relax and soak it all in, knowing we were in the best hands.
Our guests haven’t stopped talking about how beautiful the venue was, and we honestly agree—it was stunning.
We 100% recommend The Grange to anyone getting married. Vicky and Steve made our day so special, and we’re so grateful to have had them as part of it.

We honestly cannot recommend The Grange Leverton highly enough. From the moment we first started planning our wedding, right through to the day itself, the whole experience went far beyond anything we could have expected.

The Grange is genuinely a stunning venue. However, as beautiful as the venue is, what truly sets The Grange apart are the owners - Steve and Vicky.

From our very first meeting, their communication was outstanding. They were always available, always approachable and genuinely invested in making sure our wedding was everything we had dreamed of. We had regular meetings throughout the planning process, with additional meetings whenever we needed them, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

Steve and Vicky were not simply venue owners — they were completely involved in helping us bring our day together. Their experience, organisation, attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond gave us so much confidence and reassurance throughout the entire process. Knowing that they were there, supporting us every step of the way, meant we could actually relax and enjoy the build-up to our wedding.

On the day itself, their involvement was incredible. They were both actively involved in making sure everything ran smoothly and that we could concentrate on what really mattered — enjoying every moment with our family and friends. Their care and dedication were obvious, and we genuinely felt that our wedding was as important to them as it was to us.

And that is what makes The Grange so special. It isn’t just an amazing venue; it is the people behind it. Steve and Vicky are genuinely amazing people. Their warmth, kindness and passion shine through in everything they do, and we feel incredibly lucky that they were such an important part of our wedding journey.

The Grange Leverton is simply a fantastic unique dedicated wedding venue. Vicky & Steve are so switched on it’s like they’ve been doing this all their lives. The planning & service is incredible. You really feel like you are the most important wedding despite there being a wedding every week. You are made to feel special from arrival Friday to departure on Sunday.
Yes, there are plenty of other cheaper venues to choose from & The Grange actively encourages you to look at other venues. But you really will struggle to find somewhere like this. The setting is very rural but so peaceful & tranquil.
There’s a large car park sufficient for multiple guests. Vicky & Steve do try to accommodate guests requests. As father of the bride, my request was to have real ale from Batemans which was met & all sorted the day before, superb.
Our daughter’s wedding day surpassed all expectations, above & beyond.
The Grange is a 5 star plus venue, one that is hard to beat. Our wedding day experience surpassed all expectations & that of other venues by far.

Thanks also to the two wedding planners who were on hand for 12 hours on the day as well as at times before for rehearsal etc, again to make sure everything ran like clockwork, which it did. Catering was also fantastic.

I don’t really think there are words to describe all the positive things I have to say about this venue and the family that own it!
To put it simply they truly went beyond any expectations we had in place for our big day!
The venue is absolutely stunning, clean, modern and the thought out design curated to lend itself to the flow and function of the day into evening,
The separate ceremony room to wedding breakfast was designed carefully keeping in mind that you can’t see the moving and changing of the rooms while having your reception drinks whether that’s in the bar area or in the Italian style garden out back.
The venue owners themselves are an integral part of why we booked, from the moment we met them we knew we wanted to book the grange not just because the venue was perfect but because Vicky & Stephen and both their children made us feel like part of the family.

While I don’t feel the need to talk about value for money because I genuinely feel like it’s irrelevant all I will say is you get exactly what you pay for with the venue, the staff, the facilities, the organisation, planning and communication and lastly the logistics and execution I truly didn’t have to worry about a single thing (not like me at all) but it made the day that bit more perfect!

Where do we begin? From the very first time we viewed The Grange and met Vicky and Steve, they were so helpful and welcoming and have created a really authentic, family run feel, which a lot of venues don’t offer. With regards to the venue itself, the photos simply do not do it justice and there is nothing they haven’t thought of - from natural lighting to very hi-tech climate control systems, ensuring everyone stays cool whilst throwing some questionable shapes throughout the evening. The level of thought and detail is incredible!

The night before our wedding we had an unforeseen hiccup (unrelated to the venue and the wedding) which could have dampened our spirits for our wedding weekend, however, Vicky and Steve came to the rescue and as the post is appropriately titled, went above and beyond. They couldn’t have done more for us and we are forever grateful to them for making our weekend so perfect.

If you are looking for a venue that is not only stunning, but is run meticulously and gives a real personal feel, then look no further than the Grange. We felt like their priority throughout, from the first meeting right up to the wedding day. Nothing was too much! We have already said to Vicky and Steve we will pop in for a coffee when we are next passing by, which just shows the appreciation and friendship we have formed with them.

Thank you so much for making our special day even more special, and for all the little things you didn’t need to do, but you did anyway to make it as perfect as possible.

This is the first venue we had looked at and then viewed alternatives but still came back to The Grange and this was the BEST decision EVER. The Grange is beautiful and we had so many guests that commented the same about the venue. Vicky and Steve were so accommodating and passionate and made us feel at ease with every step up until the big day. They were so helpful even on the day and really felt like part of the family at the end. We honestly had the best wedding day here!

We first heard about The Grange through our son, whose friends had recently booked it for their own wedding. Their recommendation encouraged us to visit, and from the moment we arrived, we were absolutely blown away. The sheer beauty of the venue were unmatched—nothing else in the area even came close.

Our guests couldn’t stop telling us how stunning the venue was and how lovely the atmosphere felt. So many of them couldn’t believe such a beautiful place existed right here in Leverton without them knowing.

The owners are two of the most incredibly helpful and kind people ever, absolute professionals and yet we felt like the best of friends. They went above and beyond in anything and everything, from supplier recommendations to check ins throughout our planning process, to setting up outside tables the night before for our pre-wedding takeaway, and the day itself was utterly flawless. Every single guest at our wedding commented on just how beautiful The Grange is, but also what an incredible set up it is and how amazing the owners were throughout or big day.
If you want the most special day, you have to book this venue. We would do it all again in a heartbeat to be back in this magical place.
