All the staff at the venue were amazing and I was informed at all times about shift changes and who to speak to this made it stress free. They were extremely helpful with setting up and took all the stress away from tidying away as well, i had booked to stay the night before the wedding to get everything ready and the team were checking in making sure every was okay. The day could have gone any smoother and everything was perfect. The food was amazing and i still have people now 5 months later still saying to me how nice the food was, They were also really accommodating to food requirements. We used the venues DJ and he was amazing aswell. The whole day was great value for money people I speak to and say how much we paid never believe me because of how amazing it all was and smooth it all went. I cannot fault any of the staff that were there on the day and cannot thank them enough for all they done and again taking the stress away. I have already recommended the venue to people for there weddings.
I brought all the decorations and planned it out in my head but they really brought it to life and made it look better then I even thought. People who were not at the wedding were shocked when I said where I had it and said it looked so beautiful.
They have lovely setting for photos. -

We had our wedding at the Bromsgrove Holiday Inn, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. A huge part of that was down to George, who truly went above and beyond for us. He didn’t just do his job — he made our day feel personal, smooth, and incredibly special.Nothing was ever too much trouble. He was organised, calm, and genuinely caring throughout the whole day. You could see how much pride he takes in making sure everything runs perfectly. He is a real asset to your company, and with the way he handles people, pressure, and detail, he would make an incredible general manager one day.We are so thankful for everything he did for us. Our wedding day was unforgettable, and George played a huge part in that.Highly recommended — thank you for making our day truly amazing -

March Wedding!
We had our wedding back in March, and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better day!
We chose the Twilight Package, and from start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. We can’t thank the wedding team enough,nothing was ever too much trouble, and they went above and beyond to make our day so special.
The bar staff were amazing too! We had so much lovely feedback from our guests about how friendly they were.
The venue itself was beautiful, the food was fantastic, and the resident DJ absolutely nailed the music, playing all the right songs to keep our party going and everyone on the dance floor!
A huge thank you to the whole team for helping make our wedding day so memorable. We honestly had the best day and couldn’t recommend you enough! -

Memories that will last a lifetime. The best day ever!
We honestly had the best wedding. It went smoothly, everything was to our taste. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating, considering our wedding was untraditional, but perfect for us. They housed our amazing band, which was essential for our day. They gave us access to everything we needed, and the facilities were great. We loved the convenience of it's location, and scenery behind. I loved the outside of the Fairfield Suite, it had a very wedding feel to me ❤️ -

The wedding went very smooth even with us changing things on the morning of the wedding.
We were giving all the room we need for setting up and being comfortable.
Our guest loved every minute and said all the food was lovely.
We couldn’t ask for more -

Simply Amazing
I couldn’t recommend this venue enough. The staff and management were fantastic throughout. Food was great and the rooms for our ceremony and wedding breakfast were decorated exactly to how I had envisioned. Nothing was too much to ask. Staff are friendly and ensured we had the most magical experience possible. Couldn’t have asked for more! The pricing for our whole day was exceptional and fitted our budget perfectly - amazing value for money. Thank you to everyone at the Holiday Inn Birmingham Bromsgrove, particularly Saranne, for a wonderful wedding day! -

Overall amazing and wedding team quite helpful!
We had 10th year wedding renewal of vow last July and we had our wedding reception in Holiday Inn Bromsgrove, the ceremony was in our church.
The first time we attended the wedding showcase, we loved it ready. The venue gives like a countryside ambiance but still close to city and our church. For the value of money, I would say it is okay too. It would not rip you off. The wedding team are amazing, from the planning team to the hotel wedding coordinators, chef and DJ, we were all grateful. They worked above and beyond to make sure our event will be one to remember.
Special shoutout to Hermione, who has been very responsive in answering to all our queries and changes to the bespoke package we had, it did not seem an issue at all. She was very helpful!
Saranne and her team- the hotel wedding coordinators- they went above and beyond. We are honestly grateful for Saranne. She made sure everything will go smoothly and her dedication, attention to detail is such admirable!
And the food? Sam, the head chef exceeded our expectations. Our guests were all happy with the food, everyone commented how the pork belly bites as canapes, was the best!
We also appreciate Richard, the DJ in his effort and patience to work with our host/emcee to entertain us. Amazing work!
The only thing we were not happy about was our room accommodation in the hotel. The hotel staffs are not as helpful and friendly as the wedding team. It is a letdown.
Overall, we were happy we had our wedding reception here. It was still a memorable day and made our guests enjoy every bit of it. ☺️ -
