The Cavendish is a dry-hire venue, giving you complete creative freedom to bring in your own catering, décor, and suppliers to transform the space and truly make it your own.

The venue is split across two levels:

The Garden Room – located on the main level, with ramp access and accessible facilities. Filled with natural light, it features a elegant chandelier, wooden floors, and scenic views of the rose gardens. Licensed for civil ceremonies of up to 70 guests, it can also host up to 100 guests standing for drinks and canapés or an intimate seated meal for 70. A private lounge area adjoins this space, perfect for welcome drinks or a guest breakout area throughout the day.

The Lord Suite – situated on the upper level, offers high ceilings, wooden beams, and its own private terrace overlooking the grounds. Ideal for a wedding meal or evening celebration, it can seat up to 80 guests.
