Facilities and Capacity
Swallows Nest Barn can host weddings with up 120 seated guests and 150 for an evening reception. The property offers both indoor and outdoor ceremony options - being the only venue in Warwickshire licensed for Woodland Weddings! Couples can tie the knot outdoors, where the mature gardens, old trees, and stunning countryside provide an idyllic backdrop for wedding photos. Alternatively, ceremonies can be held in the barn, where the exposed brickwork, high ceilings, and bright interior create a peaceful sanctuary perfect for intimate gatherings. Receptions can also be held in the barn. This spectacular multi-roomed structure boasts a vaulted ceiling supported by wooden beams, floor-to-ceiling windows, and lovely hardwood floors. Candlelight and rustic decor create a warm and inviting space where guests can unwind and catch up with friends when the sun goes down. The barn also has a beautiful dressing room where the wedding party can prepare.

We offer a range of packages that can be tailored to meet your needs. You will have a dedicated wedding coordinator to oversee the celebration and ensure you have a seamless experience. We have a range of menus supplied by our in-house catering team, to suit all tastes. Swallows Nest Barn has a dance floor, live music facilities, and a fully licensed bar onsite. This hidden gem is conveniently located just five minutes from Warwick, off the M40, has excellent accessible facilities, and plenty of parking for guests.

Whilst there is no onsite accommodation, the team have excellent contacts with local hotels and B&Bs and would be happy to assist you in finding the right accommodation options for your guests.

Stunning venue and a fantastic team made our day incredible and perfect
Amazing, professional.
We had an amazing outdoor woodland ceremony, and Steph somehow managed to coordinate both my husband and I to walk down the aisle, separately, without seeing each other beforehand- just as we’d planned- honestly it was perfect.
The food was sublime, no one went hungry and honestly I had so many guests come up to me to tell me how impressed they were with the wedding breakfast. Service was fantastic; the waiting and bar staff were so lovely and personable. Honestly we could not have asked for anything more.
Our wedding coordinator Steph was super organised and just super lovely, neither of us felt at all stressed on the day. Beth took over for the evening and again made sure everything ran so smoothly, kept my drink topped up and was just so much fun.
We are now trying to get as many people to get married here just so we have an excuse to go back for the day.

The whole day was absolutely perfect! We both felt like we were on cloud 9 all day and to be honest, we still are!
The venue was absolutely stunning; the food was delicious and the staff were incredible. Nothing was too much trouble; everything we had asked for just seemed to happen effortlessly, but we know that this takes a lot of hard work and organisation in the background.
We just wanted to extend our appreciation to all of the staff involved in our special day and the lead up to it! It really was absolute perfection! Please pass this on! 😊

From the moment we looked around at our first viewing Abby and the team were amazing, always on hand to answer any questions, throughout our whole planning process no amount of viewings were too much we managed to take several family members over to see the venue before the wedding.
The whole planning process was so smooth and easy thanks to the staff shoutout to Alice, Beth and Leanne for always being at the end of an email and helping us through our planning meetings.
The big dah was fabulous, Leanne was on hand all day, and we didn’t have a smooth morning with a poorly flower girl! But everything was handled so professionally and smoothly it really relaxed my nerves! Leanne took my vision and created it so perfectly it exceeded everything I had envisioned. When Beth took over in the evening again everything was handled so professionally and she really did make the evening with how she made sure guests were where they should be.
The serving and bar staff were also fabulous, constantly making sure we had a drink in our hand and checking our food was okay.
The venue itself is stunning, the courtyard is a gorgeous little sun trap and the rest of the venue has amazing views. We really did have the best day and we wish we could do it all over again.
