  Needs improvement

  Attended a wedding here recently and found the staff lacking preparation, attentiveness and professionalism. I noticed the couple having to handle things that really should have been managed by the venue.
  
  The location is beautiful, but the management needs to seriously improve the level of service provided.

  Disappointing Experience and Poor organisation that Ruined our Wedding

  Our experience at Wellington Barn was deeply disappointing. The day was overshadowed by poor organisation, constant miscommunication, and repeated failures to follow the plans we had clearly agreed. Staff were unprepared, key details were wrong, and we were left resolving issues ourselves instead of enjoying our wedding. What made it worse was the venue’s response afterward - rather than accepting responsibility or offering an apology, management denied every concern raised.
  
  I would strongly advise other couples to look elsewhere.

  Incredible venue and amazing team!

  We cannot thank the Wellington Barn staff more for their amazing help during the planning of, and on the day of our wedding! Every question was answered immediately and we felt so reassured knowing that Millie had her eye on everything. On the day we felt so looked after, with excellent service during the wedding breakfast and on the bar, and the team making sure we were on schedule and had anything we needed.
  
  Wellington Barn is also the most beautiful venue, exactly what you’d want from a countryside location, peaceful and relaxed, with the most beautiful backdrop of the hills and flower meadow. It is a great, easy to access location with taxis from Chippenham and plenty of parking. The shepherd's huts make the perfect wedding night hideaway, and our guests loved being able to stay on sight with a fantastic glamping experience. With flexible optional extras, and the ability to pay corkage, we were able to stay within the budget we wanted, and felt that everything provided was fantastic value.

  Attended Wedding in April 2019

  Really good place to hold a Wedding, we have attended a few times as guests once for a full wedding and others as guests to the wedding receptions, always superb.

  Cannot rate this place highly enough

  We had our wedding here 7/9/18 and everything was perfect from the start of our planning 9 months ago right up to morning after our wedding. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate all our wedding wishes. The caterers we chose were phenomenal! We had nothing but compliments about their food all throughout the day. We literally cannot fault the place at all! Genuinely the best day of or lives- right up there with the birth of our 2 children. Cannot rate this place highly enough. THANK YOU

  Such beautiful scenery

  We got married at Wellington barn on 14th of July and it will be a day we will treasure forever. As soon as we saw Wellington barn we knew it was everything and more that we wanted, with such beautiful scenery that surrounds the barn, to the Romantic rustic feel inside it was the perfect venue for us. Charlotte was a pleasure through out the whole process so welcoming and calming and nothing was to much trouble. Thank you Charlotte for being so lovely. Also thank you amber for all you done for us and keeping everything running smoothly on the day, you have such a good team. Waking up in the morning in the Sheppard huts was beautiful, having breakfast over looking the fields just magical and the beds.... best night sleep iv had. Thank you Wellington barn for everything memories we will for ever remember. Can't wait to renew our vows to do it all over again xxx

  Highly recommend the Shepherd Hut.

  Had my wedding there Sunday was a amazing venue fantastic staff and highly recommend the Sheppard hut for a overnight stay. Thank you Ed, Charlotte and Lauren.

  I can’t even begin to explain how wonderful Wellington Barn is. The venue is beautiful, the views are stunning, and the people are amazing. Everyone is so helpful, friendly, polite, and nothing is ever too much. I must say a special thank you to Lauren. Without Lauren the day would not have gone as well as it did. Lauren was there during the planning process answering any questions I had so quickly and when I was unsure Lauren was there to help. On the day it ran soo smoothly and that was purely down to the guys at Wellington, I wouldn’t change my wedding for the world. Thank you so much!! 1000% recommended xxx

  The venue is perfection

  The venue is perfection, made all the more incredible by the fantastic staff. We visited countless venues to find our dream place and Wellington barn far exceeded any other venue for miles around. We want to get married again just to use the venue again as we loved it so much.

  The team all went above and beyond on the day.

  We were left without a venue 2 weeks before our wedding and Wellington barn were able to step up to the mark and sort out wedding out in 2 weeks. We got unbelievable value for money and an absolutely amazing day thanks to the barn. If we were doing it all over again, we'd definitely go for the barn straight away! The team all went above and beyond on the day. Can't recommend them enough!
