We got married at Walcott in September 2025, and it was nothing short of perfect.
From the moment we arrived, the venue completely exceeded our expectations. Walcott Hall is absolutely stunning, full of character, history, and beautifully maintained grounds that created the most magical backdrop for our wedding day. Every space felt special, and our guests were blown away by how unique and atmospheric the venue is.
A huge part of what made our experience so exceptional was Cindy. She was quite simply the best host we could have hoped for. From start to finish, she was warm, welcoming, professional, and genuinely invested in making our day unforgettable. Nothing was too much trouble, and her calm, reassuring presence meant we could fully relax and enjoy every moment.
Walcott Hall is a truly special place run by people who care deeply about what they do. We could not have chosen a better venue for our wedding and will treasure the memories forever. We would recommend Walcott Hall to any couple looking for a beautiful, character-filled venue with outstanding hospitality. -

Dream Wedding Venue for the most magical day of our lives!
Choosing Walcot Hall Estate for our wedding day was the best decision we could have made. It was everything we dreamed of and more. The setting is breathtaking – the perfect balance of elegance and charm - the Georgian Hall and beautiful landscaped formal gardens provided a magical backdrop for our memories and photos. Cindy and her amazing team of staff were so welcoming, supportive, and accommodating - nothing was too much trouble. They went above and beyond to make sure every detail was just right and everything ran seamlessly. Their professionalism gave us so much peace of mind and their kindness made both us and our guests feel so looked after. We can’t imagine a more perfect place to have said ‘I do’ and celebrate with all our loved ones. Now, we just want to go back and do it all over again, and again. -

From the moment we looked around the venue, I fell in love with Walcot! Cindy and the staff were so welcoming and professional and we felt looked after from the very beginning. Our wedding co-ordinator Julie listened to our every need and delivered with exceptional results.
Would highly recommend Walcot - we would get married there all over again if we could! -

My Son and daughter in Law were married 17th May 25. the old house is beautiful with stunning bedrooms and luxury bedding.
the grounds were in full bloom and the sun shone brightly making the day just perfect. the large marquee is fabulous especially the dance floor area. Heating and Toilets do carry an additional charge so just watch out for that. Julie the wedding planner was on hand all day and did a fantastic job. few rules to follow regarding where and when you can enjoy a drink but all in all the day ran like clockwork. Cindy the owner, what a character, was warm and welcoming and nothing seemed too much trouble. stables round the back are a nice edition. our party also hired the Yurt and lodge, both are wonderful separate accommodations with hot tubs which did get used.
all in all our day was perfect. -

Amazing venue for my sisters wedding !
Walcot hall is the most amazing venue for a wedding! My sister got married here in August and I was maid of honour, Walcot is perfect for all the bridesmaids to get ready together, so many photo opportunities around the house and the grounds. The bridal suite was magical us all getting ready together! Cindy was very helpful and efficient if we needed anything at all. The perfect wedding venue ! -

Cindy and the gang made our day so special, we can’t thank them enough.
Nothing was too much trouble and the flowers and displays were beautiful..
The house itself is stunning and has a lovely cosy feel to it.
