  Absolutely perfect from start to finish!
  
  Faye, Sophie, Maria and so many others who helped throughout the day were just amazing, I couldn’t thank them enough for making it all run so smoothly.
  
  We got married in West Bay, the room is absolutely beautiful.
  
  From the start of the planning (12mths before) nothing was too much trouble, it was all made so easy and stress free all thanks to the wedding coordinators.
  
  The food was beautiful all the guests commented on how much they enjoyed the food and how lovely the hotel is.
  
  Me and my mum enjoyed a spa day the day before the wedding, I would highly recommend this too it was just amazing and a fab start to the celebrations

  Perfect day!

  The whole team at Titanic were amazing and really supportive, from the tour of the venue right down to the day of the wedding. They were really quick to respond to any questions we had, were very accommodating to any requests we had, and made the planning process really easy. The whole day went so smoothly and everyone commented on how nice the hotel was and how good the food was.

  July wedding westbay

  We had our wedding here early July. The venue is incredible, so much character and unlike most hotels. The rooms are huge, great to get a large wedding party ready in! The food was great, and the bar serves every drink you can think of. Faye, Daisy, Chloe and the team were faultless and went above and beyond to make our day amazing.
  Would recommend!

  Wedding day

  we had an amazing wedding day and couldn't be happier with the service, food and venue.
  
  The one area that we think that could be improved is the furniture in the colonnade, there is not enough chairs and the quality of the furniture could be better.
  
  But other than that we are extremely happy with everything and we got very positive feedback from our guests, they all loved it.
  
  Special thanks to Faye, Sophie and Maria for taking care of us and the guests so well.

  Best wedding venue ever!

  From the moment we looked around the Titanic to our actual wedding day, the Titanic Hotel Liverpool staff went above and beyond. Faye who looked after the organisation of the wedding went above and beyond, she was always available on the phone and email and was very prompt at replying to messages. She was great at managing expectations too. If we had a question, such as where we wanted the dance floor to be, she worked with us to make it possible, but spoke to the operations team so they knew if it was possible. Faye was thorough with our details and transparent so we could check everything was correct. The food was exceptional and all our guests commented on how it was the best food they have had at a wedding - so complex and delicious. The menu tasting was great and we even got to chat to the chef about what we liked, what we could change etc. On the day, Erin was the operations manager and we had a meeting with her the week before. She was so great and put us at ease. Everything ran to time and everyone was looked after very well - NOTHING went wrong or different - we were very very impressed and it was great value for money. It was also really special that Faye was also there with Erin waiting for us to arrive with a glass of fizz and it really felt like you weren't just a wedding to them, but a built-up relationship. It is a shame you only get one wedding as I would go back there again and again. We are looking forward to celebrating our wedding anniversary there next year. A huge thank you and would definitely recommend Titanic Hotel Liverpool.

  Amazing!

  Where to start….Titanic made our whole planing process so easy we had to ask ourselves are we being too calm and missing something haha but I think that reflected onto us how in control they was even after we brought our wedding forward with three months to go
  
  We was firstly introduced to Chloe who got us the best deal and option for us … Sophie organised our whole run of our day she was so generally excited for us and all emails where answered very promptly with up dates.
  
  On our wedding day our wedding planner daisy (same name as our daughter it was meant to be haha) we could not of asked for anyone better .. our original planner was poorly and daisy took everything in her stride to esure our day was more than perfect and ran through our day with me while o got my make up Done for some this may of made brides nervous with the short notice she had but … she had a lovely little mature was very professional and is an absolute credit to the titanic could not praise this girl any more this little angel also got me a procecco to calm my nerves while I waited in the little room before I took to the aisle 🥰 Thankyou for that.
  
  Also a special mention to the catering team who boxed our food from the buffet and cake in the room for us which was a lovely touch to the end of the night what more could you ask for !
  
  Really sad that it’s all over but this was the wedding of dreams and so glad we booked with the titanic we had a really positive experience and will be recommending you to future brides and grooms! Planing on such short notice Thankyou so much wedding planing team your all unbelievable! Xxx

  Fantastic Venue

  My partner and I recently got married at the Titanic Hotel (Rum Warehouse) and from start to finish everything was brilliant. The initial meeting with Chloe was clear and informative and she sold us the venue within a few minutes. The pre wedding communications were brilliant from Chloe and always very professional. Jess, who acted as the operations manager on the day, was also great and was always checking in to check things were running well and that we were OK. I would certainly recommended the venue and it certainly had the wow factor from our guests, many of whom were not from Liverpool and so impressed with the hotel.

  Wedding at the Rum Warehouse

  We can’t thank Chloe and Erin and the whole titanic staff for making our wedding so perfect. From the first time we contacted them, they were so responsive and made us feel at ease. They had every detail covered and nothing was too much hassle. Can’t thank them enough!

  We genuinely wouldn’t change a thing from our wedding day at The Titanic. From the venue, food, staff and location, everything was perfect. We can’t thank Chloe and the team enough. Nothing was ever too much for Chloe and she was always an email away. Daisy, Erin, Jess and Maria were amazing through out the day/night, keeping everything on time and organised. We would recommend The Titanic to anyone who is thinking of having their wedding there. Thank you for making our wedding day so perfect!

  We had the best day ever and Chloe was amazing! Would 100% recommend Titanic to anyone looking for a wedding venue. Ours was in west bay and the room looked beautiful, the staff were brilliant and it was just perfect! Would love to do it all again, worth every penny!!
