Simply wow!!

We had our wedding at the Titanic Hotel and it was truly the most amazing day. The venue is absolutely stunning and made such a beautiful backdrop for our celebration – it really does have that “wow” factor.

I can’t thank Lauren and Lottie enough for all their support. From the planning to the big day itself, they were so helpful, organised, and reassuring, which made everything run seamlessly. They went above and beyond to make sure we didn’t have to worry about a thing.

The staff were all fantastic too – so friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Everyone made us and our guests feel so well looked after. The food was also incredible! So many of our guests commented on how delicious everything was.

We honestly couldn’t have chosen a better venue and I would recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a stunning venue with amazing staff.

We had the absolute best day celebrating our wedding at the Titanic Hotel West Bay back in June 25! From our initial enquiry, the booking and planning process, and through to the day itself, the whole experience was seamless, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for more.

A huge thank you Chloe for all her support in the lead-up to the big day, working with us to see our dream wedding brought to life. It was everything we had hoped for and so much more!

Special thanks to Libby and the lovely lady who took over in the evening (so sorry we didn’t catch her name!). Both were absolutely amazing in co-ordinating the day and evening. Amazing venue!

We got married in June in the Rum Warehouse. We were absolutely thrilled with everything. Chloe and Lauren in the coordination team were fabulous , responsive and made sure everything was ready for the day. On the day shadae and her team were amazing! They were on point at every step and really looked after us! Our guests were so impressed by the venue and the food! If anything I think we over fed them! If you are considering this venue don’t hesitate, I want to do it again!

A day we will never forget

We had our day 28/06/25 at the rum warehouse and alls we can say to sum it up is just WOW!!! It was honestly everything and more… the venue and hotel is just stunning. From initial consultation to the year of planning Chloe was amazing she was so attentive nothing was ever to much to ask nor turned down it was honestly a stress free experience… on the day our coordinator was the amazing Daisy and honestly I couldn’t speak or say enough highly of her she made our day! Everyone commented how thorough and professional Daisy ran the day it was seamless… and even just how much care she gave to us how she prioritised us all day and for that we will always be forever grateful for you Daisy… the food was amazing drinks were flowing. Lastly would like to mention how great the hotel staff were they was unbelievable the morning with our many requests down to reception nothing was too much trouble and brought to us. Faultless day will remember it forever and more.. Laura & Anthony

Absolutely amazing!

From start to finish our wedding day was amazing and so stress free for me and Liv, the wedding coordinators were on hand for everything we needed! The day was seamless and absolutely perfect. The venue itself is so beautiful and the service from all staff was next level. Even before the big day I could email any questions over to our wedding coordinator Lauren and always got a prompt reply and she made sure every little detail was taken care of. I couldn't recommend the venue more for your wedding.

First class start to finish

Wow. From the first interaction I had with our coordinator Sophie to the last interaction I had with the wonderful staff on our wedding day we had absolutely first class service. Sophie was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process - she was responsive, detailed and went above and beyond to give us a world class service. Nothing was ever too much trouble and the entire day would not have been what it was without her. Sophie did an amazing handover to the lovely Shadae who ran the day and wow what a legend! She made sure we were happy with everything and her timings were just impeccable! And the wonderful Libby who managed the evening was always checking in and making sure we were having a good time! The entire team at the Titanic Hotel made our wedding day and the memories we have will be treasured forever! The day was everything we wanted and more! I'd love to relive the whole day over again. The food was out of this world! The guests have not stopped complimenting us on this! Could not have asked for anything more perfect! Thank you everyone! Would recommend 1000 times over!

Wonderful Team

Cannot fault Lauren and the team throughout our wedding. Shadae was fab on the day and I honestly want to do it all over again.
So accommodating, listened to everything we wanted and put me at ease when I was having a mini bridal meltdown!!! They do this week in week out and if ever you feel things aren’t going to go well, push it out of your mind as the team have got it sorted!!

Couldn't of asked for a better day

We recently had our wedding at the Titanic Hotel and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning, the team were amazing—always happy to answer any questions we had, no matter how big or small, and really put our minds at ease in the lead-up to the big day.

On the day itself, the staff were incredible. They looked after our guests so well and made sure everything ran like clockwork, allowing us to relax and enjoy every moment.

The venue itself is absolutely stunning—such a unique and beautiful setting—and the food was incredible. So many of our guests commented on how amazing the food was, and we completely agree.

Nothing was ever too much trouble for the team. They went above and beyond to make sure everything we asked for (and more!) was taken care of, and it honestly made the day feel even more special.

We could not recommend The Titanic Hotel enough! we had our dream wedding in December 2024. From start to finish they were so helpful nothing was too much trouble for the team. We dealt with Lauren she was an absolute star she was always on hand for any queries and made us feel at ease so we had a worry free experience. The staff on the day were really attentive and made us both feel so special, the food was amazing, we had so many guest tell us how lovely the hotel was. The perfect wedding

We are so glad we booked West Bay at The Titanic Hotel for our wedding day. I was set on this venue from the minute we got engaged and it didn't disappoint. Everything on the day from the food, the hotel rooms, the service and the guidance from staff was spot on. A special mention to Lauren Moore, our wedding coordinator, who was honestly one of the nicest people I've ever met in my life. She went above and beyond for us throughout the whole year before the wedding, she was literally on her knees steaming my veil an hour before the ceremony! I think that speaks volumes about her as a person, we made a friend for life in her.
