  Exceptional venue

  Stunning venue with amazing people

  Everyone at Tissington Hall were lovely from the day we went for a viewing to the day we had our wedding day.
  Lady Fiona is really kind and pleasant, she showed us around and answered all our questions on our viewing day. The team communicated well during the process.
  We dropped things off on Sunday before our wedding day and were greeted by Cat and Lady Fiona again and the hall was all ready for us to decorate, ran through what we were doing.
  On our wedding day, Cat and Clare ensured the day run smoothly along with their team. We had a foggy weather, but we still had our best day and the team made that happened.
  Absolutely stunning location with full access to the venue, first class staff and owners.

  All of the staff at Tissington couldn’t do enough for us! We had the most perfect day and everything ran so smoothly! We can’t recommend Tissington enough!

  Fantastic April Wedding

  What a venue! Having a close link to Tissington throughout our lives we were both set on Tissington Hall being the right wedding venue for us. From the first day we went to visit to the wedding day itself we were constantly wowed by its grandeur and history. Lady FitzHerbert was fantastic in helping us understand what was available and how we could plan the day giving us an outstanding list of vendors to use as well.
  Cat and her team were exceptional when it came to the planning and the day itself. There wasn’t an issue too small and a task they wouldn’t go above and beyond to complete. Throughout the day they really made it very special and easy for us.
  All the guests that attended were wowed by the Hall and have all made comment as to how special of a location it was. Some are now even considering it themselves for their wedding day. There was lots to explore with every room and area of the garden having something new to look at.
  I would highly recommend Tissington Hall for your wedding not just for its location and beauty but for the team behind its operation. Both were perfect.

  The team at Tissington Hall went above and beyond for our wedding, making our small, intimate day just perfect. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail was thoughtfully considered and beautifully executed. The venue itself is absolutely stunning - truly one of the most beautiful places we could have imagined for our special day.
  
  The food was divine and the service was impeccable. What truly stood out though was how personal and accommodating the team was. They effortlessly handled every request we had, ensuring that our vision came to life perfectly. We felt incredibly lucky and grateful to celebrate our wedding in such a special place.   Excellent wedding venue

  We had an absolutely magical wedding day at Tissington Hall. The most beautiful venue in a great location. The whole team was amazing and looked after us so well making our day extra special. Cat the wedding co-ordinator was so helpful in the lead up to the wedding and communicated well. Cat and Gabi went above and beyond on the day to make sure everything ran smoothly and that we had a perfect day. We couldn't recommend Tissington Hall more highly!

  As soon as we visited Tissington Hall we knew it was the venue for us, the beautiful historic house and grounds speak for themselves and it was so close to my childhood home. The run up to the day was smooth and well organised and Cat and her team were on hand for all the questions and last minute queries. On the day the team were so professional and went above and beyond to help out, but they were also so warm and friendly, there was no cold and corporate feel like some couples have said about other venues. We will treasure our wedding day at Tissington forever and would recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful venue with such character and history with brilliant staff.

  True 5 star experience!

  I can't recommend Tissington enough. From the venue and grounds being beautiful to the care and attention that the staff and team give you and your loved ones throughout the day. Nothing goes unnoticed, uncared for, or missed. Truly felt looked after the entire way - from herding guests in the morning to checking in on drinks in the evening and comfy shoe hunting in the house. There was never a point where you couldn't ask for help, and everything from the little things to the recommended suppliers was top-tier.

  So thoughtful and stress-free!

  We had our wedding at Tissington Hall in September 2023 - the whole experience was wonderful! The building, grounds, & marquee were gorgeous, but beyond that we felt so well taken care of.
  The staff and organisers were all so helpful and proactive, we didn't need to worry about anything. From making sure our elderly relatives were comfortable during the day to saving some doughnuts for my husband & I before they were all gone. Even the security team during the evening were lovely!
  I cannot recommend Tissington Hall as a wedding venue enough, and I've said so to all the engaged couples I know.
