We really enjoyed our wedding at the West Mead Hotel. The wedding planner Janine was lovely. She helped and supported us through the whole process. She also gave us great recommendations for Flowers, cake, decor etc. The food was delicious and great value for money, They made the venue look gorgeous for our special day. All the staff were warm and friendly. We would highly recommend Janine and the venue -

We got married Saturday 1st August at The Westmead Hotel and it was honestly the perfect most magical day! From start to end, the staff at the Westmead were super helpful, with special mentions going to Katie and MJ. Katie was there throughout the day ensuring the day ran smoothly, and I cannot thank her enough! MJ, kept the party going on the night, so thank you both! Mariana our wedding co ordinator was on hand the 18 months leading up to the day, answering all our questions, and helping organise our wedding day. Had the best experience here for our wedding day 24th july 2026
From Janine starting our wedding to Mariana finishing our wedding between them both they did absolutely fabulous.. no job was to big for any of them , im overwhelmed by the amazing team they had on our day, Ryan, katie & MJ, everything went smooth, katie kept coming to us checking if everything was ok & as planned. Food was divine the stay was amazing, all went above an beyond I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to get married ❤️The Westmead Hotel's reply:

Whole day went perfectly. Great staff , excellent food served beautifully. Ryan our MC could not have been more obliging and helpful. Everything we asked for or needed on the day was provided. Only two criticisms ….extra chairs had to hurriedly be put in the ceremony room as there were not enough and a few people had to stand at the back.
And a guest who had to cancel at the last minute had specifically asked for her seat to be removed from the table as it not nice sitting next to an empty chair. Last minute Lack of communication.
Apart from this it was excellent. -

We got married at the westmead on 4th of april. It was a small ceremony and evening reception, however their package suited us.
The day was lovely and we enjoyed staying in the bridal suite. (2rooms - a pull out sofa in 1- i wish I had known)
Generally couldnt have asked for more, the staff always went over anf above to make sure we enjoyed every part of the experience.
Ryan the bar manager is fantastic - making our tasting session enjoyable and he was always so helpful. Always smiling and happy to help.
Marianna was always so complementing and personable in our meetings for planning.
The events team that I met night prior and on the day were lovely again friendly, happy to help and genuinely happy for us too. I dont remember their names but both ladies were very helpful. The lady on the day of my ceremony had the perfect energy as I was emotional.
There were a few people unable to use rooms they had booked as they couldnt attend, the staff ran around after the cleaning staff had left to make it possible for others to stay overnight.

We had our wedding day at the westmead hotel and it was just perfect, I didn't need to worry about a thing they sorted everything from start to finish, the staff were welcoming and helpful , the food was lovely and plenty of it, the breakfast was delicious and lots to choose from, the rooms were clean with tea coffee and water also large enough for all my wedding party to get ready in. A couple of my guest planning to get married in the near future have now put the westmead on the venue list. Thankyou to all the staff at the westmead for making our day one to remember ❤️ -

Wedding day
We had the most perfect day/evening at the westmead hotel for our wedding. It was the best day of our lives. Very helpful and the team were so lovely and was always checking in with my husband and I, to see if there was anything they could do for us.

The westmead hotel was the perfect venue for our ceremony and also the evening event. With sides of the family that attended was absolutely in love with the day and the evening and the staff absolutely perfect kind, helpful and overall just and absolutely pleased with the overall experience. The value for the price was perfect not going to break the bank but perfect from start to end.
We couldn't say thank you enough to all the staff that was there and janine our wedding coordinator was perfect. Would absolutely recommend the westmead for any other couples looking to tie the knot.The Westmead Hotel's reply:

Wedding day
From the very start of our wedding planning the hotel and especially Janine were extremely helpful, kind and professional in the way they guided us towards the most perfect wedding day.
Nothing was too much bother, if we had a question Janine was happy to do her best to answer it.
We used the Dj Paul, who was so lovely and did his best to personalise the playlist to our personality and Claire (to decorate the rooms) we used who were both recommended by the hotel. Who both did us proud.
On the day of the wedding the staff were amazing James on reception (who helped us with our many trips to the car with our favours, flowers etc ), Ryan and Sara, duty managers. The Bar staff all of whom made our day flow without issue and feel very special.
The food was lovely and plentiful.
All the staff are an absolute credit to your hotel, and we can not praise them enough.
