We really enjoyed our wedding at the West Mead Hotel. The wedding planner Janine was lovely. She helped and supported us through the whole process. She also gave us great recommendations for Flowers, cake, decor etc. The food was delicious and great value for money, They made the venue look gorgeous for our special day. All the staff were warm and friendly. We would highly recommend Janine and the venue -

Wedding day
We had the most perfect day/evening at the westmead hotel for our wedding. It was the best day of our lives. Very helpful and the team were so lovely and was always checking in with my husband and I, to see if there was anything they could do for us.
Highly recommend, best decision we made. A special mention to Marianna our wedding planner. She was fantastic.The Westmead Hotel's reply:

The westmead hotel was the perfect venue for our ceremony and also the evening event. With sides of the family that attended was absolutely in love with the day and the evening and the staff absolutely perfect kind, helpful and overall just and absolutely pleased with the overall experience. The value for the price was perfect not going to break the bank but perfect from start to end.
We couldn't say thank you enough to all the staff that was there and janine our wedding coordinator was perfect. Would absolutely recommend the westmead for any other couples looking to tie the knot.The Westmead Hotel's reply:

Wedding day
From the very start of our wedding planning the hotel and especially Janine were extremely helpful, kind and professional in the way they guided us towards the most perfect wedding day.
Nothing was too much bother, if we had a question Janine was happy to do her best to answer it.
We used the Dj Paul, who was so lovely and did his best to personalise the playlist to our personality and Claire (to decorate the rooms) we used who were both recommended by the hotel. Who both did us proud.
On the day of the wedding the staff were amazing James on reception (who helped us with our many trips to the car with our favours, flowers etc ), Ryan and Sara, duty managers. The Bar staff all of whom made our day flow without issue and feel very special.
The food was lovely and plentiful.
All the staff are an absolute credit to your hotel, and we can not praise them enough.

We absolutely loved our wedding at The Westmead, from start to finish. Janine was so helpful all the way through and ensured everything ran smoothly in the run up to the day. On the day, Chris was so incredible. He had a calming presence and helped us both with all the details of where we were going and when. He bought as a mojito and a whisky (our favourites) before his shift ended and was always close by and checking we were happy. We then had Rodrigo take over for the evening and he was also really great. He checked all details with us and was happy to make small changes when we requested them. We also loved Ryan who made the best cocktails and was a calm, professional and friendly presence at all times.
The food for the wedding breakfast was phenomenal, made by Kush. All our guests commented on it being the best wedding meal they’d had. We both loved it, particularly the cheesecake!
The decorations and layout of each room was also perfection. We honestly cannot fault them for anything and I’d get married here again in a heartbeat.
Our bridal suite was so lovely and easy to access throughout the day. Breakfast was also delicious.
If anyone is unsure if the hotel is for them, we would say go for it. You won’t regret it. -

A lovely local venue, Westmead was great for our small ceremony and large evening party. Close enough to home so all our relatives and friends could attend without a big car journey. Janine, our wedding planner, was so welcoming and helpful. We wanted relaxed and easy and they made it so. Ella, the assistant events coordinator on the night, couldn't do enough for us, she was so helpful and always on hand if we needed anything. Everything went like clockwork and we were very happy - the beds are huge in the rooms!
The only downside is the outside area wasn’t the best for the photos but the fact it is march didn’t help with that. I would also recommend a few more hooks in the suites for all of the dresses that need hanging up.

I got married here Friday 25th October. The staff are incredible and nothing was too much trouble. Of all the places I looked at (there were MANY) value for money and the different options for food (I had my wedding breakfast as street food in stead due to many children and picky eaters) you were given options for how your day went. They sorted all the changed I made and were the most welcoming from the day I arrived til we left the following day. COULD NOT recommend this hotel for any event not just a wedding. Thank you so much for having us. It was the best day. -
