  Amazing Wedding Day

  As soon as we viewed The Vermont we knew this was where we would get married. The whole venue is outstanding! We captured some amazing photos -my favorites included stunning views of the city. The whole team were professional, supportive and attentive. Leanne helped us with last minute planning and took care of any issues with ease, so we had nothing to worry about. Everything came together exactly as planned, I was especially blown away with the decoration of the ballroom! We had a perfect day and are so glad we chose this venue. We would definitely recommend :)

  Amazing level of service

  We Just wanted to drop you a little message thanking you and the Vermont for our Anniversary dinner.
  Once again we left the Vermont hotel talking about the amazing level of service that we experienced, from every member of staff that we encountered, during our visit to the restaurant last night.
  Since our very first visit to discuss our wedding, every visit in between the big day and every time since we haven’t once been given any reason groan or grumble about anything.
  I don’t know if it’s the training or the recruitment team that sets the levels you all have but we see many venues throughout the year and none of them come close to the Vermont in terms of customer experience with the staff.
  Dinner last night was delicious and we will indeed be back for the next anniversary as well as on other occasions through the year.

  I felt in such good hands the whole way through

  Organising a UK wedding from 10,000 miles away in Sydney was, at times, a little overwhelming but the team went out of there way to make the whole process as stress free as possible. Nothing at all was too much trouble and the attention to detail was extremely impressive and reassuring. I felt in such good hands the whole way through and our wedding day at The Vermont was even better than we both ever imagined it would be.

  I cannot recommend them enough

  Nothing was too much trouble for the team for our wedding. They went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. The whole team at the Vermont made such an effort to make our special day seamless! I cannot recommend them enough

  it is head and shoulders above anywhere else

  The Vermont is the only venue that gave me and my wife the wow factor, it is head and shoulders above anywhere else we have seen it is truly stunning.

  Absolutely amazing and simply perfect.

  It was an absolute pleasure to be looked after by the Vermont team and they surprised me with a free Rolls Royce chauffeur service on my wedding day! They are certainly the best team and deserve the best award. No only they did what they promised, but also went for an extra mile to look after everyone. Absolutely amazing and simply perfect.

  I would love to relive our big day

  As a proud Geordie, The Vermont's City Centre location was my dream venue - the backdrop of the keep & the bridges and the accessibility of it public transport for guests made it top of our list. The venue is luxe in all aspects, from the red carpet entrance, the stately Moot Hall, the etched glass windows and chandelier in the Ballroom... The decor is understated opulent and I didn’t need to go overboard on decorations or flowers to ‘make’ the venue beautiful. The food was fabulous, our tasting evening was such a memorable occasion- I follow a wheat free diet and the chefs were not remotely fazed by this. They also tailored our choices which resulted in an exquisite culinary feast on our wedding day - our guests were full of compliments about everything from the canapés through to the evening buffet which was plentiful & replenished swiftly. The DJ was fantastic. The serving staff at our wedding breakfast, the bar, the buffet and even the front of house staff at reception were just so friendly and welcoming and all added to the joy of our day. We hadn’t paid the extra to book the roof terrace but nevertheless The Vermont allowed my husband and I up there for what turned out to be some of our favourite wedding photographs. I loved that The Vermont have a one wedding a day policy, I don’t believe you should have to share as it really is your special day and knowing you aren’t going to bump into another bride and groom was important to us.   The staff could not do enough for us

  Vermont helped me have the most fantastic wedding

  The Vermont Hotel helped me have the most fantastic wedding. I felt relaxed, comfortable and never rushed.
  
  My requests were accepted and I did have an unusual wedding order but it worked for my budget, family and friends only had nice comments my entire wedding day.
