The best day ever!
Wow, where do we start? From the moment we arrived at the farm and met Mark and Deb, we knew Stables Wedding Farm was the place we wanted to get married. Chantelle the wedding planner was amazing, we met with her twice prior to the wedding, she was warm, organised, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect. On the wedding day, everything ran amazingly well from start to finish. The natural beauty of the farm created the perfect setting, and the staff worked seamlessly behind the scenes to ensure every moment flowed perfectly.
Our guests couldn't stop complimenting the beautiful surroundings and how smoothly everything was coordinated.
We're so grateful for the incredible care and attention we received. If you're looking for a farm venue with stunning scenery and a dedicated team - especially a wedding planner who truly goes above and beyond - then this is the place for you. We had the wedding day we both dreamed of and more.

Absolutely Perfect – Even in a Downpour!
We cannot say enough amazing things about our experience with Stables Wedding Farm! From the moment we booked, Mark, Debs and Chantelle were incredibly attentive, organised, and genuinely invested in making our day unforgettable. But what truly set them apart is how they went above and beyond when the weather threw us a curveball.
On the day of our wedding, the skies opened up with heavy rain—not the forecast we had hoped for. But the team handled it with absolute grace and professionalism. Without hesitation, they quickly activated rain back up plans and transformed the space into something just as magical as our original outdoor vision. They thought of everything—from extra umbrellas and covered walkways for guests who got caught in the storm.
Not once did we feel stressed or disappointed, and that is entirely thanks to this experienced and incredibly kind team. The rain didn’t take away from the beauty of the day—it added a touch of romance and fun we hadn’t expected, and the team made sure it all ran seamlessly.
Our guests are still raving about how beautiful the venue was and how smoothly everything went, despite the weather. We truly couldn’t have asked for a more supportive, thoughtful, and prepared group of people to help bring our day to life.

The Smith Wedding 23.08.25
We have recently had our wedding at Stables Wedding Farm and it was absolutely perfect. Mark, Deborah and Chantelle from start to finish worked with us every step of the way to make sure our special day was the best day of our lives. Every single first commented on how beautiful and unique the venue was- it looked incredible! Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to make us feel like one of the family. Stables Wedding Farm and the full team will forever hold a special place in our hearts and we will be eternally grateful for all the love and support we received as we became Mr and Mrs Smith! -

No amount of words would be enough for this venue.
I don’t even know where to start with this except Mark and Debbie are the most incredible people we have ever met.
No job was big enough for them from the second we met them. We went to a few venues and it felt so impersonal but within seconds of meeting them we already knew they were the venue for us, not only for them as people but the most breathtaking venue we have ever seen.
Every single person involved with the stables wedding farm made us feel like we were the most important wedding ever. From Chantelle who was a power house to the bar staff and the buggie driver who did not stop working hard all day.
It really was the most perfect wedding and that’s because of this venue!

Debbie and Mark are the BEST. They are INCREDIBLY friendly, personable and go the extra mile. Chantelle is out of this world- incredibly organised and so kind. The staff at the venue- bar staff, golf buggy drivers and sheep are just the best. All of our guests commented on how brilliant everyone was. Some southerners even want to move north now!!!!! The venue is gorgeous. The attention to detail is exceptional. There are not enough adjectives to describe how special our day was. It meant the world to us that our wedding was in Saddleworth and the views are to die for. It was the best day of our lives and we wish we could do it all over again. We truly cannot thank everyone at the Stables enough and highly highly recommend the venue, as do all of our 145 guests!!! THANK YOU! -

Amazing wedding at stables wedding farm
We had an amazing experience with Mark and Deb on our wedding day, the planing was great. We paid corkage for our wine and table prosecco, anything we did use was returned to us (surprisingly!) we used their recommended vendors for our main meal - C&C catering and it was really good, we also used their recommended JP Photobooths for some late night photo booth pictures and they were amazing! We even used thier recommended photographer Theo, and he’d been to the venue many times so that was also seamless! Everything was really relaxed and they have an onsite shed with loads of decorations that you can rent or use - not that the venue needed much in terms of decorations, the views were amazing and even though it wasn’t hot hot it didn’t rain and it was plenty warm in the marquee! The staff on the bar were so good too, we asked for certain wines and beers too, and spicy margs and espresso martinis and they were very good! Guests used the golf buggy to get to and from their taxis and that was an experience haha! We stayed on site with 2 other bridesmaids and used their hobbit huts and hot tubs too. It was seamless and stress free! And we did a fair few pre meetings up there so we got to see all their animals (bonus for our little baby girl). They really take care of you and communication is great! -

I cannot thank Mark, Deb,Nicola and the team for all the hard work and attention to detail they put into our wedding. The day went off without a hitch thanks to their understanding and planning.
Your experience and knowledge helped us find a fantastic caterer and florist.
The venue is beautiful with spectacular views. Being able to dress the marquee and surroundings ourself added that special touch and made it individual to us. The band we booked also added a personal touch.
Staying in the beautiful Hobbit houses and using the hot tub just finished the wedding of perfectly.
I would not hesitate to recommend this venue and wished we could do it all again

The best day ever
From start to finish, Mark and Deborah were absolutely amazing! A couple who really love what they do, they made our special day wonderful.
You really feel special when having a wedding at The Stables, as they don’t have weddings each day every weekend, you don’t feel like your on a convey belt of couples getting married, they can name each couple who have gotten married there, what date, how they dressed the venue, the band they had, their theme, everything! It’s so personal to each couple and I absolutely love that. It really set them apart from other venues we saw.
Not only are Mark and Deborah amazing, the venue itself is as well. The views you get there, as well as the picture opportunities are beautiful, our wedding was outside and the venue really made it. Even if it rains, they have plans in place for that by putting up a Perspex end, which doesn’t take away from the views at all! Luckily our wedding was on a hot day in day, but even if it rained, it still would have been the best day.
From beginning to end, the entire experience was amazing, and we couldn’t thank mark and Deborah enough for making our day so special, they deserve all the awards they are nominated for and more!
