We knew this was our venue as soon as we walked through the front door, it is STUNNING!
I want to give a special shout out to Reagan, who was our wedding coordinator. She is such a lovely person who instantly put my mind at ease.
The venue isn’t cheap, and you do need to bring in an external caterer, but it is worth every penny.
What sets this venue apart from its competition is the staff. They went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was perfect. They spoke to our vendors, followed all of my crazy instructions and made sure anything that went wrong was sorted before I even noticed.
We had the Manor House the night before the wedding which was a game changer. We made so many memories with our friends and family, that will stay with us forever.
If you’re looking for the perfect wedding venue, this is it!! -

We got married at The River Barn in late October this year and it was the most magical experience from start to finish. The venue is spacious, well-presented, and most importantly run with absolute precision and warmth. Every meeting on the run up to the wedding was calm, relaxed and filled with such excitement and care. Every idea or query we had on the run up (even silly ones) were answered with patience in a timely manner. Every detail was thought of and considered by the team to ensure that we had the perfect day.
When you get married you know that all of the people you interact with in the wedding space 'do' weddings every day, so it probably isn't all that exciting for them, but not for one moment did it feel like that, it felt like every person employed at The River Barn from the planners, to the bar staff and cleaning team were just as excited and joyful as well felt, and that made culminated into a heartfelt atmosphere from start to finish.
I cannot recommend this venue enough. -

I’m so glad I chose this venue it ticked all our boxes. The staff were amazing esp in the run up when I was firing off lots emails they were always on hand to help. The venue it self is beautiful and all our guests thought so too. It was very accessible too which was a bonus. The team were so helpful and accommodating which made the process so much easier -

Wow what an incredible wedding day we had! Throughout the process of booking and planning our wedding the river barn team were on hand to support and guide us and offered multiple meetings to ensure they knew how we wanted our day to run. Every person we dealt with was calm, lovely and professional and the venue is absolutely stunning. The whole experience was seamless and everyone said how beautiful the venue was. The Manor House and cabins on site are immaculate and furnished beautifully. As there was no wedding the day after ours we were given late checkout which meant we could have a slow morning catching up with family the day after. The venue and grounds are beautifully kept and looked after. Wish we could go back and do it all again! 10/10 experience and venue 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 -

Choosing The River Barn for our wedding venue was simply one of the best decisions we ever made!!!
Not only was the setting absolutely beautiful, but what truly made it unforgettable was the incredible team behind it. From the very beginning of our planning, the staff were nothing short of amazing – supportive, kind, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they genuinely cared about making our day as special as possible.
On the wedding day itself, everything ran so smoothly thanks to their hard work and attention to detail. They thought of things we never would have, which allowed us to completely relax and soak in every moment. We are forever grateful!!! ❤️
Their warmth and professionalism made us feel so comfortable, and it honestly felt like we had friends looking after us rather than just a team doing their job.
We’ve had so many compliments from our guests about how wonderful the venue and staff were, and we couldn’t agree more!
We’ll be forever grateful for the care, effort, and love that went into making our day truly perfect and magical.
The River Barn really is the best venue ever, and we would recommend it to anyone looking for an incredible place to celebrate their wedding.

Unforgettable!
I don’t think this review is enough to highlight just how incredibly fabulous The River Barn were from start to finish! From the moment we met them at our first show around, to every single meeting, email and finally the big day, the entire team were incredible to work with. They took our vision and just made the whole process so smooth! They were amazing on the day, so accommodating with our dog, all my extra DIY bits, helping me with my first outfit change and even the bar staff were fabulous- my partner wanted to go behind the bar to take some pics and they helped make him the cocktail he wanted! If I could do it all again, I would choose The River Barn one million times over! The team really truly love their job and put the couple at ur centre of everything. Thank you so much to everyone there and I really hope to see you all again soon at another stunning wedding! -

We had the absolute best experience with our wedding venue & The team at the stunning River Barn! From start to finish, the team were brilliant, a shout out to Meg who was really lovely and Eleanor in particular who was our coordinator on the day, she was so reassuring, attentive, organised, and incredibly friendly. All the team we encountered with, they made us feel so welcome and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. We couldn’t have asked for better support on such an important day. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous – a stunning backdrop that wowed all our guests and made our day feel magical. We honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you for helping make our wedding unforgettable! 💕✨ -

We got married in May 2025 and it was the most perfect place! The grounds and venue is absolutely stunning and you can tell its well tended to.
It was really important for us to have enough on site accomodation as we live away from our family and this place had it in abundance! We managed to have immediate family, the bridal party and their partners as well as some extended family stay on site!
Not onl;y that but the staff were so lovely, kind and always quick to answer any questions we may have had. They made the run up feel really easy and were so professional giving us guidane and taking the lead with our vendors to organise the day/schedule for us. Our day was just amgical, those working that day were quick to keep us (mainly me) at ease. Throughout the day they kept a frienly and joyous atmosphere for us and out guests. We've had so many our guests get in touch to say how beautiful it was and we really couldnt have done it without them! So thank yoou so much to the Riverbanr! Our perfect venue! -

We got married at the River Barn in March 2025 and we cannot fault them in anyway. From start to finish the team were amazing bending over backwards for us to have our dream day! Nothing was ever a “no” it was always a “let’s see how we can make that work” which is exactly what you want from a venue.
In particular Eleanor, Amber and Reganne took such good care of us and our guests and we are so thankful for them! The bar staff, the cleaners, the security were also amazing and although we didn’t catch their names they put just as much work in for our day as the others.
If you’re thinking of getting married here do it! It is so worth the cost and your day will be spectacular. -
