Our wedding at the Reid Rooms was simply perfect. Corinne was amazing from start to finish making sure we had every bit of information we needed and assisting us with all queries we had about how things will go on the day, right to even the small details like helping us with table arrangements to work around wedding guests with accessibility requirements and non alcoholic prosecco being available even though it wasn't included as a standard part of the drinks package we bought for our day as both of my parents and I can't drink for medical reasons, making everyone feel catered for and welcomed on the day. Our wedding coordinator Steph was brilliant, she was really helpful in our rehearsal prior to the wedding itself answering any questions or queries that we had and on the day was so helpful in making our day as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend the caterers Amaze in Taste and DJ David Baker that the Reid Rooms work with regularly, both were absolutely excellent. Everyone that attended our wedding has said what a great time they all had and we just had the most beautiful and magical day and couldn't have asked for anything better. Thank you for so many memories that we'll cherish for the rest of our married life together

We had our wedding at The Reid Rooms and could not have asked for a more wonderful venue. From our very first visit, the team made us feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble. They truly went above and beyond to make our day everything we dreamed of.
A very special thank you to Lucy, our wedding coordinator- you were absolutely incredible. You kept everything running smoothly, calmed any nerves and was just on hand the whole time to help. We honestly couldn't have done it without you, thank you, Lucy! 💛
The venue itself is stunning, the atmosphere was magical, and every single one of our guests commented on how beautiful it was. If you're looking for the perfect place to say I do with a team that truly cares- this is it.

We honestly could not have asked for a more perfect venue and catering team for our wedding.
The Reid Rooms is an absolutely stunning venue, and from the moment we first viewed it right through to after the wedding, the entire team were incredible. We happened to get married on one of the hottest day of the year during an extreme heatwave at end of June, but thanks to the venue, the amazing staff, and the fantastic indoor and outdoor spaces, we still had the most wonderful day.
One of the things we loved most about The Reid Rooms was the freedom to make the venue our own and to have so many different spaces to work with. Being able to decorate exactly as we wanted and make full use of both the beautiful outdoor areas and indoor spaces was so important to us. Choosing the Garden Pavilion was 100% the right decision for our rustic barn-style wedding and it created the perfect setting for our day.
The staff at The Reid Rooms deserve so much recognition. Every single member of the team was helpful, friendly, professional and genuinely invested in making sure our day ran smoothly. We received countless compliments from our guests about how amazing the staff were, and the team should be incredibly proud of themselves. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
We also booked the onsite accommodation the Farmhouse for ourselves and the kids plus couple other family members and it was so good to have access and not have to leave after the event. We just went back and chilled for a bit before bed and then breakfast in the morning before tidying up to leave.
Another thing that really stood out was how adaptable and proactive both The Reid Rooms and other vendors were on the day. Because of the extreme heatwave, we made a fairly last-minute decision to move our speeches and desserts outside into the stunning courtyard, where the temperature was just that little bit more comfortable for everyone. The way they pivoted was incredible. They quickly got the sound system up and ready for the speeches in what felt like no time at all. It was a seamless change of plan that could have been stressful but thanks to everyone’s experience and professionalism it was executed perfectly and doing the speeches in the courtyard became one of our favourite parts of the day.
To everyone at The Reid Rooms, thank you for helping create the most perfect wedding day. Despite the record-breaking heatwave that week and the heat on the day, everything ran so smoothly, we felt completely supported throughout, and our guests had an amazing time. We held our wedding at The Reid Rooms and loved every moment. We found the venue staff to be really accommodating and helpful in the build up. We especially appreciated the flexibility of the venue in enabling us to organise and decorate our wedding how we wished. We highly recommend The Reid Rooms if you're looking for somewhere with flexibility and support to deliver the day exactly as you want it to be. -

Beautiful!
We wanted a rustic feel to our wedding. The Reid Rooms delivered just that.
It was warm, cosy, welcoming and friendly.
The staff there were always on hand on the lead up to the wedding.
All questions we had were answered promptly. They are very efficient and all the staff were amazing, before, during and after!
They also have a lovely farmhouse on site which is perfect to get ready in and stay in on the night of your wedding.
I cannot fault the venue!
Great scenery, great value for money!
Let us bring a lot of our own stuff too! -

We are so happy we chose the Reid Rooms as our wedding venue - it was the first (and only!) one we saw and were happy straight away. It's already got such lovely touches meaning decorating it is truly only really optional - standalone it's a beautiful venue.
We were supported right from the start - no question was too small or big (or asked at too ridiculous an hour!) and we valued having Corinne throughout the build up and then the lovely Hannah for our rehearsal and on the day. The Reid Rooms were also great for recommending other vendors, and even though we selected some not on their preferred vendor list, they worked so well with them and were really helpful and supportive on the day.
We got so many comments on how great the venue and the team were and we couldn't have asked for more. -

We had our wedding at the Reid rooms in August and it was perfect in every way. The Reid rooms allowed us to have our day exactly how we wanted it. Lucy, our coordinator was absolutely amazing in every way. She settled my nerves, was professional and worth her weight in gold!
The day ran smoothly and we were able to have everything we wanted when we wanted and I can’t recommend the Reid rooms enough!
Also, the house keeper at the house was also absolutely amazing, she is a real credit to your team! -

From the moment we first arrived at the Reid Rooms, we knew it was the perfect place for our wedding. The venue is absolutely beautiful, and Corinne and Steph made us feel so welcome right from the start. They were incredibly helpful and always available to answer our questions. Even after we booked our date, we visited several times, and they were more than happy to accommodate our requests.
We were allowed to bring in our own suppliers without any hassle, and there was no extra charge for the wine we brought for the reception. There are so many lovely spots around the venue for photos, making it an ideal backdrop for our special day. The ceremony itself was wonderful, and Steph, our wedding coordinator, guided us through every step. She was simply fantastic!
For decorations, we worked with Amelia Events, who brought our vision to life and came highly recommended by the Reid Rooms.
We decided on a barbecue for our wedding reception followed by a casual finger buffet in the evening, which everyone enjoyed. It felt relaxed and not overly formal, which was exactly what we wanted.
Overall, we had an incredible day, and if you check out the Reid Rooms for your wedding, we’re confident you’ll fall in love with it too. A big thank you to the Reid Rooms for helping to make our day run so smoothly!. -
