Wonderful day

We had a lovely day at the end of September for our wedding. We had a few little hiccups during the day but on the whole we had a wonderful day & all our guests loved it too.

Our wonderful day

The Priest House were fabulous right from the start. From planning to resolving an unplanned issue on the day itself, they really did excel. Our main thanks goes to Hannah and the manager whose name we forget who stepped in to cover the day and ensure everything went to plan. Hannah was great in organising the grooms and bridal party. We had the best day ever. Its such a beautiful venue for a wedding and we were blessed with the sunshine which helped make our photographs look amazing.

I will defo recommend the priest house. We had our wedding there & the staff were absolutely brilliant & very helpful & it was well organised by Hannah. We were looked after very well. Thank you all @ the priest house. Sonia & Simon

Our wedding day

We had our wedding here on 30.05.25, the whole day ran smoothly everything was spot on, the staff were absolutely amazing and so helpful. One lady in particular and I can't remember her name she was incredible even down to helping with our son. The whole day was just magical even though it was over in a blink of an eye! But we & our guest had the most amazing day ! Thank you 😊

We got married on 16th May 2025 at the priest house and we have absolutely no complaints the staff were absolutely amazing and the whole day ran smooth from start to finish , the communication was absolutely perfect we always knew what was happening and the next step In the day , they went above and beyond to make our day perfect , the grounds and scenery is beautiful for photos and we would recommend over and over again x Thankyou so much to The priest house and the staff for helping us have such a beautiful day xx

April Wedding

Kat and the Wedding Planning Team were very helpful and ensured a smooth handover to the team who were working on our wedding day. The venue was clean and tidy, efficient staff and as the weather was fantastic it was really good to have so much private outside space.

Our April 2025 wedding

Everything about our experience from initial booking to the big day was completely seamless. No ask was too big and communication lines were kept open from day one to the big day. Kat, Hannah and the team were outstanding. The food was incredible and the service was spectacular. If we could do it all again we would! I can’t thank the team enough for their service, professionalism and attentiveness throughout our wedding journey.

I came across Priest House and unexpectedly, the open day was the day after I had shown my now husband. My husband knew, as soon as we arrived, I loved it, it is a venue out of a fairy-tale. It is away from busy roads, only our wedding would be running on the day, the package was ideal, many personalisation options to create our special day, and do not forget about the water wheel and the river; a stunning backdrop to our wedding day.

The staff were, what we would like to call, on it like a car bonnet. There were no breaks in between servings and it didn’t look like any of our guests were waiting for food; our guests have all commented saying they’ve never been to a wedding or a party with SO much food before. I honestly cannot thank all of the staff enough and the wedding coordinators, Sammy and Grace, for their help, really went above and beyond.

We have heard so many horror stories of weddings with some or many things going wrong, but I can say for sure, nothing went wrong at all, I cannot fault anything, the process and the day itself was absolutely perfect, everything fell into place, from the organisation of the team to the quality of the food and drink.

The best day of our lives, an amazing celebration with our family and close friends.

Our Wedding Saturday 2nd June 2018

This is a beautiful venue. With the weather on our side we were married at the Priest House on the 2nd June 2018. The planning for the wedding was expertly handled by Sammi. Any requests / amendments were never an issue and the day itself pretty much went to plan. One thing that could spoil any day regardless of venue would have been the staff attitude / service provided. I am very happy to say that the staff at the Priest House are an absolute credit to the Management Team, they were superstars over the weekend with special thanks to Dean, Jack, Chris and Carole on Reception. All our guests commented on the staff and how helpful and friendly they were.

Perfection from start to finish!

As soon as Sammy took over as our wedding co-ordinator, everything went perfectly! She was always so helpful and would go out of her way to make sure everything was perfect for us, as did everyone else working at the PH on the day of our wedding! The setting is absolutely beautiful, the food was amazing and they catered perfectly for so many allergies/intolerances. We couldn't have asked for more from them. We really can't recommend this venue enough for your wedding!
