Would highly recommend the olde bell as a wedding venue, we had the most amazing day and the service and communication from the team through the entire process was brilliant.

Shannon and Jordan’s Wedding🤍
We had booked our wedding 2 years in advance with the olde bell, had a few coordinators but in the end, I got Leah which I’m so grateful for, she made sure that we had everything we asked for, she went above and beyond for us and always answered in a timely manner! I made a lot of changes to the package and she went with along with everything I asked for and truly made our day catered to us and it was a beautiful day in the end. I would also love to say how grateful we are for Dominic who went out of his way up until 11pm the night before my wedding to help set out centrepieces and was very knowledgeable on things we were unsure of and we just got on really well! Vincent, who was there for our menu tasting and even though he was working a shift he made time to answer all our questions and didn’t make us feel rushed or silly about some questions we asked, he spent all day putting everything together and had nothing but compliments about the way i had organised everything and how it was all put together which made me feel confident going into my wedding day as our guests reaction was something I was very worried about. Jordan and Terry went above and beyond to cater to my needs on the day even when my favourite alcohol ran out Terry ubered some Malibu and archers just for me which came in about 15 minutes, just something so simple meant a lot to me that they went out of their way to do that. Jordan made sure the sex on the beach cocktails were made perfectly for our guests and both guys were a pleasure to talk to behind the bar. Also a thank you to all the staff who helped out on the day, I apologise I didn’t get everyone’s names but the way our wedding ran so smoothly is something we appreciated more than you know. To the chefs who made mine and our guests food, you are also appreciated and everyone had nothing but compliments about the food and is still the best mushroom arancini I ever had!
Just thank you to everyone, it’s a beautiful day that we will never forget🤍 -

A huge huge thank you to all the staff at The Olde Bell for helping us create our perfect wedding day.
Vincent our coordinator on the day was incredible, he seemed to have anticipated all our needs and questions before we had even thought of them.
Leah who was our liason from the start was so flexible and diligent. Realising small but incredibly important details such as to ensure the fire alarms were temporarily switched off for when our guests blew out their candles during our ceremony.
Also a special shout out to Dom described as "great craic" by some of our Irish guests.
It was love at first site for us and the Malt House, ideal for smaller intimate weddings. The Oak Room felt like a chapel, and was perfect for our ceremony.
The Music Room and gardens are beautiful and a wonderful setting for the champagne and canapé reception.
For the dining room we had 45 guests on round tables which worked wonderfully. However, you would be hard pressed to get more than 50 in that room and might need to spill over with a table in the garden room.
The honeymoon suite we stayed in was a stunning room, and all our guests were complimentary of their bedrooms.
Thank you so much for creating a wonderful wedding weekend for us and a smooth run up. We can't wait to come back and celebrate various anniversaries here and reminisce. -

Dream Wedding November 2024
We got married in the Malt House at The Olde Bell in November 2024 and WOW! What a day it was!
The venue is quirky but beautiful.
Food was delicious.
Staff were brilliant. So attentive throughout the whole day, nothing was too much trouble.
We honestly couldn't recommend this place enough 10/10. -

We had such a lovely day. The venue were really accommodating from the day we booked, all the way through to the big day. Really friendly team who went above and beyond, especially on the day! Including making sure my very long veil didn’t get caught on anything as I walked down the aisle!!
Amazing food, and really reasonable pricing. We only wanted a small wedding which most venues didn’t want to accommodate, but the Olde Bell were more than happy to help make a package that worked for us.

A Dream Wedding at The Olde Bell Hurley – Perfect in Every Way!
Last year we had our wedding at The Olde Bell in Hurley, and we could not have asked for a more perfect venue! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations, making our special day truly magical.
First and foremost, the staff were absolutely incredible—friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made us feel completely at ease, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. They took care of every little thing, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy the day.
The Tithe Barn tself is breathtaking—it provided a stunning backdrop for our wedding. The charm and character of the venue added to the romantic atmosphere, and our guests couldn’t stop complimenting how beautiful it was.
On top of all that, The Older Bell offers fantastic value for money. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the outstanding service and picturesque setting. We truly felt like we got the wedding of our dreams without breaking the bank.
If you’re looking for a wedding venue that combines history, charm, exceptional service, and affordability, look no further. We cannot recommend The Older Bell in Hurley highly enough—it was everything we had hoped for and more!

Truly special!
Our wedding party took over the entire hotel for a weekend celebration. Dom and his team were fantastic throughout. Professional, attentive, thoughtful and open to every request we made, whilst also being fun and keeping the party vibe going over our two night stay. We really couldn’t have wished for more and they exceeded our expectations. We had such a great time that a group of us stayed an extra night because we didn’t want to leave! Thank you Dom and all of the Olde Bell team. We loved it! -

We got married at the olde Bell in June 2024 in the tithe barn and had the most amazing day! The food was lovely, we were so well supported in the lead up to the big day and on the day itself, as a very nervous bride I massively appreciated this! The team kept the day running smoothly while I could fully enjoy it. Our guests loved the venue and the ability to stay overnight and enjoy breakfast together the morning after. I've already recommended the venue to so many friends! Also bonus that it's dog friendly so great to have the option to have our dog as ring bearer!! -

Our wedding at The Olde Bell in the Malt House was the perfect day! It was everything we expected and wanted and more.
The venue was incredible! The staff went above and beyond! The weather on the day was perfect! The food was fantastic! The accommodation at the venue was such a high standard.
Our guests kept commenting on how much the venue, the staff, the food, the atmosphere was!
We couldn’t have asked for a better choice of venue! Even in the run up to the wedding our questions were answered. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
For us the Malt House at The Olde Bell was the dream wedding! Thank you to all the staff for being everything so special for us! -
