The most perfect venue there ever was

I could not be happier than we chose to have our wedding at The Old Kent Barn. The care and attention to detail the entire team put into everything they do is unmatched. The venue is absolutely stunning, and so many of our guests commented on how incredible it was. The food was amazing - so filling, tasted amazing and looked just as good. We had Sam as our wedding coordinator and she went above and beyond to ensure we had the best day of our lives. I'm so grateful that we found this venue - as it provided us with the most unforgettable day. Thank you TOKB!

BOOK THEM! Don’t think twice about it.

A week on from our wedding and I’ve come to the conclusion that there are no sufficient words to describe our experience at the barn.
From the minute we booked, the team have been brilliant. They are so responsive, they never leave you waiting for an answer when you email. They are positive, supportive and, most importantly, kind!

I have listened to the podcast ‘The Unfiltered Bride’ for most of the wedding planning and they encourage booking a ‘day of’ coordinator as wedding venues don’t provide the support you need. I can promise, with all my heart, you do not need one at TOKB. I had worried that we’d made a mistake not booking one, but boy did they prove me wrong.
They had at least two people checking on us throughout the morning as well as someone else for my husband, who helped with ties and getting them ready. Yes they were there to coordinate everything from the venue POV, but I did not feel ignored or that I was missing an extra person to help. They were on hand to help get me into my dress, to make sure my bridesmaids were ready. If you listen specifically to episode 74 of ‘The Unfiltered Bride’, everything listed during that episode as something a ‘day of’ coordinator does, is everything the team at TOKB did.

The food at TOKB is sublime. We had the hog roast for wedding breakfast and pizza for the evening. Our guests loved everything about it all, including the canapés. They took all dietary requirements we had in their stride and no-one went hungry.

I could gush about them for hours, they really are excellent.

Perfect wedding venue

The quality of what the team delivers at the Old Kent Barn is superb. The level of planning and detail, coupled together with the quality of execution, is as good as it gets in the wedding industry.
The food, the service, the people... everything we could have asked for was perfect.
We totally enjoyed our wedding day at The Old Kent Barn as everything went exactly as we would have wanted. Every guest we spoke to after said the same: "an amazing venue and the best wedding they had been to".

The most perfect venue for our most magical day. The team could not have done any more for us, big shoutout to Ashleigh our co-ordinator who is a DIAMOND. I could go on and on about this place but truly has stolen mine and my husbands heart as our forever happy place. You can see why they are an award winning venue. We will be back as promised and bring our fur baby this time.

TOKB It The Only Venue To Get Married In

What can we say these guys were the glue on our day, any fiasco was dealt with and no request too much. They are not the cheapest given but let me tell you into each wedding day a little rain may fall…. This place is your umbrella! They really have you covered and they know what they are doing! We had a ruined wedding cake and a swollen wedding finger…. From finger lube before walking down the aisle to cake rescue they did it all ! The venue is pure magic , the food, the service and the feeling that they are family makes them worth every penny!

The absolute best

We recently got married at The BEAUTIFUL Old Kent Barn, and honestly can’t recommend them enough. From start to finish, the team were professional, understanding and kind. Their experience in the wedding industry was clear, with us feeling as though every step was explained and managed with care.
Ashleigh was our wedding coordinator and did a beautiful job. She helped the day run so smoothly and was a welcome source of information and reassurance when needed.
This barn helped us realise our perfect wedding, and we really can’t thank them enough! If more than five stars was possible, that’s what I’d be selecting!!

Fantastic venue!

We walked round the old Kent barn and instantly knew it was for us. The staff were so attentive to us, any queries we emailed over were answered within a day! They did such a fantastic job at making sure our day went perfectly. My grandparents were unable to attend due to ill health and the team were kind enough to stream the ceremony so they could at least watch me get married. I honestly cannot recommend or thank them enough for such an amazing experience.

Fantastic day

My daughter and son in law were married here on 19.04.24, it was a fantastic day, the venue was beautiful and the attention to detail was amazing. The staff were all so very polite and professional and could not do enough for us. The rooms we stayed in were so very comfortable and had everything we needed in them. Overall a 5 star experience. Well done to all at The Old Kent Barn.

Best Day of Our Lives

We cannot recommend TOKB enough, the venue, the staff, the food all 5 star. Everything under one roof, super friendly and helpful, everyone went out of their way to help in the planning and on the day. Our only regret is that we can’t do this day again it was just perfect ✨✨ thank you all so much - I would 10000% recommend TOKB special thanks to Chloe - you were unreal with every request we came up with!

Amazing! Fantastic! Wonderful!

A fantastic venue! They sort everything from day one! Food, napkins, co-ordinating the day and even a free food tasting night. The venue is stunning and the staff just make it all the better for it.
