Amy, Vicky and Laura were absolutely amazing throughout the whole process of my wedding, the planning, the lead up and the day itself. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they were always very quick to respond to any queries we had.
The staff at The White Hart are amazing and made me feel very calm and comfortable while getting ready for our big day in the amazing bridal getting ready room, which was one of the highlights of the day as there is so much space for everyone with make-up artists and hair stylists etc meaning there was zero stress.
The food was great all round, we had a meal the night before, the wedding breakfast and breakfast the day after were all just amazing, cannot fault anything with it.
Honestly the best day of our lives, so glad we choose this venue to get married, we would highly recommend to all!! -

Our wedding was on the 30/05/2026.
Amazing venue, staff and a beautiful day from start to finish.
Planned to perfection by the staff.
Wanted to say a special thank you to Vicky and her team for the decor side and the planning on the day. Took a lot of stress away and the communication was amazing from start to finish.
Would 100% recommend ❤️

The day was absolutely brilliant. The value for money and what was included in the package was perfect. Could not fault the venue, staff and Vicky. All were amazing, professional and caring. Communication was brilliant, the staff were very professional, everything ran smoothly and on time. The venue is the perfect size and the staff will make sure you have anything you want or need on the day. 5 star ⭐ -

From start to finish The White Hart Great Yeldham/ Essex Barn were amazing with us. We had no clue where to begin when booking our big day. No question was too much for Laura, no 2nd, 3rd ,4th viewing was was much. They were so accommodating with everything. As a family of fussy eaters no catering request was too much either! And the decor... I cannot recommend Vicky enough. She is so passionate about what she does and she is amazing. The venue was so beautiful and exactly as we hoped it would be.
Thank you to everyone who helped make our dream day a reality. If your thinking of booking, do it! -

What can I say about this place apart from perfect! The best venue anyone could wish for for their big day. The staff were amazing and very accommodating from start to finish. There were many questions we had and were answered in the best way to put our minds at ease.
They are so easy to talk to! There was a power cut right before our ceremony but it was handled and dealt with in a professional manner and couldn't do more to find ways around it to keep us calm! It didn't affect our day at all.
The bridal prep room was lovely and the accommodation was spot on. The grounds made for beautiful and unforgettable pictures to look back on in years to come. We want to do it all again!
We honestly couldn't have asked for a better day. -

From the moment we booked our wedding at The White Hart, Laura was nothing short of exceptional. She not only helped us arrange every detail but also provided us with fantastic recommendations for photographers, entertainment, transport options, and venue decorators. Her communication was always swift and thorough, and she answered every question we had, making the entire process seamless from start to finish.
On the wedding day, our heartfelt thanks go to the wedding coordinators, Vicky and Amy who ensured everything ran smoothly and took the time to review every minute final detail with us a week before the big day. They managed every aspect of the day from start to finish, making sure everything was perfect. They both, along with their staff assisted guests with check-ins and helped (early - considering a late finish) with breakfast the following morning—going above and beyond in every way.
Thank you also to Luke and Bradley, for their incredible support. Luke, in particular, made my wife feel like the most important person on the planet. His care and attention was extraordinary, making my wife feel like she was the only bride to have ever gotten married at The White Hart. For also, calming me on my walk up to the venue, thank you. The personal touch he added to the day for us both made it truly unforgettable.
I’d also like to offer a special thank you to Vicky, who provided me with much-needed emotional support on the morning of the wedding. She was there to reassure me, address my concerns, and help calm my nerves—exactly what I needed before greeting guests, sat anxiously waiting for my arrival followed by my Niamh's arrival.
As someone who was feeling a little anxious leading up to the day, I couldn’t have asked for a better team of professionals. With them running everything, we were in great hands. Our wedding day ran exactly how we envisioned it, and it was nothing short of perfect! From the management to the chefs and waitstaff, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and it was the most magical day of our lives.
A huge thank you to the entire team for making our day not only flawless but incredibly special. We truly couldn’t have asked for more & we will regularly visit for a the extraordinary food and drink on offer.

We just had our wedding day at The White Hart and all I can say is EXCEPTIONAL! from the day we booked Laura was always on hand to help us and answer any questions we had about our day or the venue. So attentive she even worked late to help us secure a new DJ after issues with our original one. She went above and beyond through the whole planning process. She is a calming influence and incredibly organised and professional which is just what you need when planning a wedding. OUTSTANDING SERVICE! Additionally the front of house staff on the day were all incredible and made everything run seamlessly throughout the day and late into the night. Vicky and Amy, you two were amazing! We can’t thank you enough for making it even more perfect than either of us could have imagined. You are all superhero’s and I’m so impressed that even the tiniest of details and planning were followed exactly as I had asked. I can’t thank you all enough. If you are planning to get married and want the confidence of knowing your venue and it’s staff have your back and will make your day exactly how you picture it then look no further than The White Hart! Best venue ever! ❤️❤️❤️ -
