If you're thinking of booking The Depot for a wedding stop reading this and get it booked immediately. We had the absolute best day there and it's a great venue to get married in.
Shannon and Imogen couldn't be more helpful and it's basically like having your own wedding planners, The Depot also put everything out and pack everything down so it's about as stress free as possible.
We normally find wedding food pretty average but the canapes and buffet here were absolutely banging. We also had a couple of cocktail hours with multiple bespoke cocktails and shots and this was handled with ease.
Our wedding was about as non traditional and DIY as you can get and included a 4 piece string quartet, a service in the Depot, a couple of musical performances and a DJ, all handled expertly and with ease.h
We loved that as there were as no hire fee, only minimum spend, every penny we spent went back into the guests.

We had ~100 people for our day at The Depot. The team were super laid back and flexible which made things really stress free for us.
We had our own desserts and champagne, and the team factored this all in with no issues.

We had our wedding at The Depot on the 1st August 2026, and we couldn't be happier with how everything went. From start to finish, Imogen and Shannon made sure the day ran as smoothly as possible. They were incredibly flexible, friendly, helpful and communicated brilliantly with us throughout the planning process and on the day itself.
The venue is absolutely stunning, the food was delicious and the whole team clearly knows how to put on an amazing wedding. Everything exceeded our expectations and we felt completely looked after.
We can't thank everyone at The Depot enough for making our day so special. We will be recommending it to everyone looking for a wedding venue! -

The most perfect day
Generally speaking, everything was perfect. We really had the most perfect day and would recommend the Depot to everyone! The thing that really sold it to us initially was that there is no hire fee - everything you spend is spent on food and drinks for guests. They have 3 different menus to pick a 3 course meal from (bronze, silver and gold) and the pricing depends on which options you pick from which tier. We actually did a mix of them all and they were super flexible and created a unique menu personalised to us.
Huge plus: the food. It's really not what you would expect from 'just a pub'. The food was incredible and we got so many compliments for it. What's also very helpful is that any wine bottles we didn't use and were unopened were refunded back to us afterwards.
There are 2 people who you usually communicate via email (Shannon and Imogen) and then there is Magda who was super helpful on the tasting day and also on the day of the wedding. Shannon was also present on the day of, so we had 2 coordinators there with us on the day which was great.
The only negative we can think of is the communication / responsiveness - we knew they were super busy during summer months with most weekends being booked up for a wedding on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, but still, you shouldn't feel like you were just 'one of many'. They should really employ more people to respond to emails (why doesn't Magda also help out?), it doesn't seem to be enough if there is only 2 people responding to emails in high season for all those weddings. In the last couple of months to take a week to reply to emails really isn't great.
In the end everything really worked out though and came together beautiful. Even though it seems slightly chaotic, trust them to sort it out - they really are professionals. We had the best day.
Thank you so much to the whole Depot team! The waiting staff were incredible also, super professional and super attentive. Also very flexible with dietary requirements (and we had a lot!). Danke and thank you! -

We had such an incredible day at The Depot, and have had countless compliments from our friends and family about how perfect it was. The food, the service, the drinks, and the amount of care was incredible.
Right from when we started planning, Imogen, Shannon and the team were fantastic at answering all our questions and there was so much attention to detail with our planning that was so tailored to us, and we felt so relaxed about it all - far more relaxed than I've heard others have been about their weddings!
We had a bit of a nightmare earlier in the day - technical issues at our ceremony venue meant we were running very behind by the time we got down to The Depot, and everyone was so flexible and calm there about things being a bit later which we so appreciated. Everything at The Depot ran without a hitch and as they took care of everything, we were just able to enjoy our day and not have to worry about a thing.
It's also brilliant value for money - as it operates on a minimum spend it means everything you're paying is going back to your guests, and it's so reasonable for what is such an incredible level of service, stunning food and drinks.
We had such a special time at The Depot and can't recommend it enough.

A GIANT thank you to The Depot for how perfect our wedding day went! Literally nothing went wrong. They were so organised, they kept everything on track and flowing smoothly throughout the day. We felt really safe with the wedding in their hands, and they were so patient and helpful throughout the entire planning process: dealing with our endless questions, making the seating chart work with some last minute changes, and making super helpful suggestions when needed. We didn't need a wedding planner or day-of-coordinator - the Depot's amazing team was able to take care of all of this for us.
They were also able to work with us to make our day feel 'like us'. We did a custom menu and they were up for whatever off-the-wall stuff we wanted to do. It's clear the team really cares about their couples and works to make your day special.
Everything was fairly priced, in fact I would say it was a great deal! The food was phenomenal, and our guests had a blast.
We cannot recommend the Depot highly enough - your wedding will be in great hands with them! -

We absolutely loved the Depot. They are professional, communicative, and made the whole day go so smoothly. The food was phenomenal and many people said that it was the best wedding food they have ever had. The Depot made it so easy since after we dropped off our decor, I didn't have to think of anything else since I knew that Imogen, Shannon, and Magda would cover it. My biggest recommendation is to book the Depot for your London wedding. -

We had an incredible experience with the team at the Depot. The wedding was the perfect mix of casual but still felt like a wedding day. Everything ran as smoothly as possible and had great feedback from guests on food, drinks etc! The wedding team did a wonderful job.
