We chose the Coppid Beech Hotel after attending a wedding fair, and we can honestly say it was the best decision we made. From the initial planning stages and meetings right through to our wedding day, the team was attentive, supportive, and nothing was ever too much trouble. A heartfelt thank you goes to Lily, our exceptional wedding coordinator, and to Julie, who looked after us so wonderfully on the day itself—Coppid Beech is truly lucky to have you both.

We had the most incredible day, and it was made even more special by the warm, friendly, and professional staff. We received so many compliments from our guests about the delicious food and outstanding service.
Thank you for helping us create memories we’ll cherish forever.

Our Perfect Wedding

We held our wedding reception at Coppid Beech on 13th October having booked in February 2018. From February there was constant communication to run through the details alongside a food tasting.The bridal party stayed at the hotel the night before and I stayed in the bridal suite which was very spacious and we were provided access to the Sequoia Suite on the Friday evening to begin setting up for the reception. Antonio worked tirelessly to work with Addstyle UK (who were providing the table decorations) to set the room up for us and address any concerns I had. On the day itself, welcome drinks and canapés were provided in main reception and the staff were on hand to welcome our guests. Antonio’s experience at organising and running weddings shone through and he made the day run like clockwork. The three course meal and the after dinner chocolates went down fantastically with our guests and the meal was served quickly and hot (compliments to the chef). The generous portions meant our guests definitely weren’t hungry. The staff were well dressed and polite and couldn’t do enough to help. After the meal, our guests left the room for the very swift changeover for the evening reception. The DJ -Les Hart entertainment had a high quality set and hosted so well that everyone stayed in the dance floor. The evening buffet was fantastic with plenty of food (amazing toasted sandwiches). At the end of the evening the staff and Antonio continued to work to tidy the room to avoid any stress the following day. The whole day was perfect, mostly thanks to Antonio’s dedication to the day and his experience, Addstle UK, Les Hart Entertainment (Ian) and the commitment of all staff for making our day truly special and memorable.

Perfect wedding day

Had our wedding here on 2nd June and it was absolutely perfect! Everything ran so smoothly from the day the wedding was booked through to the wedding itself, and all our guests were impressed with the food and overall service provided. Guests that stayed at the hotel were also very happy with their rooms. We would thoroughly recommend the hotel to anyone thinking of having their wedding here. Many thanks to everyone involved, especially Chelsi and Antonio, for making our day so special. We loved it!

Winter Wedding

Came here for a wedding and reception. Staff were friendly and the food was fantastic. Wedding and reception were beautiful

Father of the Bride

Had the daughter’s wedding here on Saturday all went well and was enjoyed by the family attending. Antonio was really good and listened if we thought something could be better and done a sterling job. All staff very caring and nothing was any trouble if you asked for something to be done. Food and the service was very good no complaints at all. Thank you Coppid beech for looking after us.

Beautiful hotel

Beautiful hotel. Got married here last month and it was absolutely brilliant. Everything went great and the staff were fantastic!

The perfect day

A huge thank you to everyone at the Coppid Beech Hotel who was involved in the planning of our Wedding Day! The day couldn't have gone any better and the guests said how much they enjoyed the wedding breakfast. Thank you again

A wonderful day!

Hi Daniel , just wanted to say a very big thank you , to you and especially to Anton and his team , for making Samantha and scotts wedding reception absolutely perfect on Saturday , everybody worked really hard , to make sure that we all had a really excellent time , the wedding breakfast was lovely and we were all just so pleased with everything , please can you pass our thanks on to all involved in their day

Fantastic day to remember, great venue!
