The most magical day!

I feel so lucky we found The Compasses because they helped make our Wedding Day everything we could've dreamed of and more. The team were super helpful and were always happy to answer any questions. Food was delicious and they helped bring our ideas to life. We didn't want a traditional Wedding Breakfast and The Compasses listened to us and helped make our dream day a reality. THANK YOU! This is such a special venue and we feel so lucky to have gotten married here.

Best day ever

From the moment we step foot at The Compasses we knew we had found the one.
Jono, Charlaine, Della and Jordaine go above and beyond to make your special day the best day ever.
They took the time to get to know James and I and made all our slightly unusual ideas come to life
The day was more perfect than I can ever imagine and can not thank the team enough for making it all possibly.
They took the stress out of planning and constantly put me at ease nothing was too much trouble. They make you feel like family!!
Since the wedding we’ve had so many people tell us how great the day was and what an incredible venue The Compasses is.
We can’t thank them enough and wish we could do it all over again! 🧡

The perfect wedding venue!

We chose The Compasses at Pattiswick as our wedding venue and couldn’t be more happy with our choice. The whole team, especially Jordane and Charlaine, were brilliant every step of the way. The support and advice they gave us was excellent. They were quick to respond to any and all questions we had and provided the most fantastic recommendations for loyal suppliers. Every part of the process ran smoothly, from the initial visits, to the well wishes after the big day. Jordane was there on the big day and was phenomenal, guiding us and our guests through the day and making sure everything was perfect. Couldn’t recommend The Compasses enough, thank you for everything!

Charlaine was incredible in making our day everything we wanted and then the team on the day made everything run so smoothly and flawlessly.
Nothing was too difficult and everyone understood our vision.
There aren't many limitations, they are so flexible, so it felt like it was all ours, a totally bespoke wedding.

The whole package

You really do get the whole package when you book a wedding with The Compasses!
We came to one of the open days, and as soon as we walked into the venue, we knew it fit the vibe we wanted for our special day. Everyone we spoke to and worked with, are all so friendly and helpful. Jono, Jane, Charlaine and the team helped us build and plan our day and it made the process feel so much easier. On the day, Della and Jordane were amazing and we don't think we would have been as relaxed and able to enjoy our day without you!
We were lucky with amazing weather for our September wedding and all of our guests had a lovely time! Absolutely recommending The Compasses at Pattiswick

The most amazing day!

We had the most perfect wedding at the Compasses last week! The venue was beautiful and worked perfectly for our intimate wedding. The staff are really lovely and helpful, and the day went really smoothly. The location and surrounding area is beautiful and we captured some lovely sunset photos on the nearby field areas. Would highly recommend!

Our Perfect Day

We had our wedding at The Compasses in August 2024 and it truly was a wonderful day. Jono and his team were incredibly helpful and welcoming, they really do care about you having the day of your dreams.

Charlaine was a pleasure to deal with, putting our minds at ease on any questions/queries we had. A massive thank you to Della and her team, who made sure the day ran smoothly. We used many of their recommended suppliers and they were truly wonderful.

The venue is so lovely, a rustic setting in beautiful surroundings with the most amazing sunsets. We would not hesitate to recommend The Compasses to anyone.

Wish we could do it all over again!

We had our day on 2nd August and it was honestly the most amazing day.
We felt really looked after from the start of the process all the way to the very end. I never felt like anything was too much of a problem and was impressed with how helpful everyone was.
Everything was laid out clearly, from prices to a timeline of the day so there wasn't any hidden surprises during our time.
The food, supplied by a local catering company, was absolutely delicious and was enjoyed by everyone.
My son ended up cutting his hand, which proceeded into him finally giving up and falling asleep. My mum was with him but wanted to watch our first dance, and after asking for help, a member of staff sat in the bridal room with him so my mum could experience the evening with us.
it really is a relaxed place, you have the opportunity to have the day you want without any judgement or obstacles, and the photo opportunities were amazing. Our photographer was so excited and ended up staying late just so she could take more sunset pictures.
I wish we could do it all over again.

The most perfect venue

We got married here earlier this month and honestly had the best day ever. The venue is absolutely beautiful as it is but made even more so by their wonderful recommended florist Sara. The outdoor space is also lovely, the kids especially enjoyed this with the play area and lawn games. The bbq food was delicious, with plenty of it too. Shout out to Jordane especiallu for looking after us so well and resolving any issues instantly. Highly recommend the Compasses - anyone thinking about it just go and have a look and you'll fall in love with the place.
