We couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate our wedding than Blakelands Estate. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless, joyful, and beyond what we could have hoped for.
The team was an absolute dream to work with—responsive, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile. Communication was prompt and clear throughout the planning process, and their accommodating nature made everything so much easier and stress-free.
The venue itself is stunning—clean, elegant, and beautifully maintained. Every space was thoughtfully designed and created the perfect backdrop for our big day. It truly wowed our guests and made our photos look incredible!
The food—incredible! Our guests are still raving about how delicious everything was. From the canapes and the wedding breakfast to the evening reception food and even breakfast the next morning, it was faultless!
We are so grateful to the entire team at Blakelands for helping to make our wedding unforgettable. They genuinely care about what they do, and it shows in every detail. If you're looking for a venue that’s as professional as it is beautiful, look no further. This place is a gem!

Our perfect wedding!
If you’re looking at getting married, this venue is the one for you. It’s beautiful grounds, money value and perfect location it everything a newly married couple could want. All the staff were so helpful throughout the whole process and they understood the importance of helping our wedding day run smoothly. They made our dream a reality and we wouldn’t have been able to do it without them. You won’t be disappointed in booking your wedding at Blakelands. All our love to the team, from the Wortons x -

We got married on the 18th April 2025 and it was the most beautiful day. A large part of that is due to the excellent team at Blakelands. Professional, personable and flexible, we can't rate them enough. Right from the time of booking, Chloe, Heather and Paul guided us through the process with an ease that made us feel as relaxed as we could be. We stayed the night before as stags and hens and booked the bridal loft for the morning, which just put the cherry on top of the cake, everything was thought of, including portage, which worked well, especcially for the girls in the loft. The venue itself is beautiful, the decor keeps its character of an old country house, but with up to date, comfortable and stylish notes. Unlike other venues we looked at in the area, it is evident that love and passion are poured into the upkeep of this beautiful estate. The food, OH THE FOOD! Everyone commented on how much they enjoyed it (even the vegan and gluten free guests) and how well they were fed. The food is plentiful and so so tasty. The team are attentive and knowledgeable, and we really appreciated how hard they worked in the background to ensure such a smooth running day. Paul had the logistics down to a T and walked us through the whole process before the day. Chloe answered all my random thought emails with care, and Heather made sure our menu was made with us in mind. On the day Carissa was so so helpful and talked us through the process of the ceremony and after. We cant fault them. I could write an essay about why you should book Blakelands, but to sum up, Blakelands makes a memorable place for a wedding. If you're looking for an approachable, family led team and a venue with character, this is the place for you!

I can’t say enough good things about Blakelands! From start to finish, the staff were absolutely amazing — so organized, friendly, and genuinely caring. One example of this was that a guest had broken their shoes early on in the day and a staff member helped to fix them for her. It is the little things like this that add to an already amazing experience, not just for us, but for the guests as well. Many of our guests told us it was one of the best weddings they had been to!
On the day itself, I didn’t have to lift a finger — they took care of absolutely everything, which meant I could just relax and enjoy every moment. The venue was breath-taking, with so many beautiful spots for photos. We are beyond grateful to Blakelands for making our day completely stress-free and unforgettable! If you’re considering booking, do it, you won’t regret it! -

From day one, the team at Blakelands were so helpful and knowledgeable. I never had to wait too long for a response to my multiple questions (as silly as they were sometimes!!). Chloe, Heather and Paul made sure the day was completely seamless and, if anything did go wrong, we certainly didn't notice. They had a wonderful knack of making sure the day went so smoothly, even though we had a couple of last minute changes.
The food was fantastic and all our guests really enjoyed it - some even went up for seconds!
For any brides considering Blakelands, I would highly recommend booking the Loft to get ready in. It was a gorgeous room for you to get glammed up in. With the music going, it will definitely help you feel relaxed the morning of your big day.
I had a surprise singer booked for my husband and they kept the secret so well! It all added to the magic of the day.
A huge thank you to the team at Blakelands - from Chloe, Heather and Paul to the bar staff, the team serving food and everyone else. You were fanastic and our day was perfect with huge credit to you guys.
I wish we could do it all over again! X

I'd like to thank The Blakelands Estate for being a fabulous venue. You guys could not do enough for us, no email or request was ever too much and you were all always a pleasure to talk to. You were the only venue I viewed and the only venue I'd ever want. Thank you so much ♡ -

The best day of our life!
What a special family & team, you are at Blakelands... Nobody warns you how difficult and stressful wedding planning is, but the team at The Blakelands Estate work tirelessly, and have supported us every step of the way.
Chloe has remained patient, answering endless emails (and stupid questions). And did wonders keeping up motivated. Heather put our mind at rest and every time we left an appointment with her, we were reenergised.
On the day, Paul ran everything perfectly and to the T. The staff were amazing. Everything went to plan and the day was even more amazing than we dreamed. The food, the venue, the staff team - stole all the compliments.
Thank you all, ♥️ Merry Christmas and enjoy a well earnt break! -
