From the day we booked last year... to the wedding day the team were absolutely incredible.
All the venue including the rooms were on point and nothing let us down. We are overwhelmed with how amazing this team is, from Sarah and booking our wedding to the amazing gents that hosted our entire day 😁

Shireburn was amazing, It was such a lovely morning getting ready for our wedding and staying the night before. Our day was perfect, all our guests commented on how good the food was, one of our guests said it was the best cheesecake he had ever had. It is a stunning venue.Shireburn Arms's reply:

We can't speak highly enough of the team at the Shireburn Arms. From the very first phone call with Sarah, right through to the big day itself, the team went out of their way to do everything possible to make our day as special as it could be.
The venue itself is beautiful and beautifully kept, with such a warm, intimate energy. The food was fantastic too, it's rare to find a wedding venue where the food is actually good, but the Shireburn really delivers and the team were amazing in partnering with us to tailor the menu to suit us and our guests. The whole team on the day were incredible, and so many of our guests commented on how brilliant the service was.
If you're looking for a venue where your day will be treated as the special, one-off event it is, not just another booking in the diary, you have to consider the Shireburn Arms. The venue and the surrounding countryside make the most incredible backdrop for both your ceremony and reception, and they look absolutely stunning in photos too.
Sarah, Peter, and the whole team at the Shireburn, we'll never be able to thank you enough for the memories you've given us. But what we can say is: if you're thinking about booking your wedding here, do it. You won't regret it. -

Wow, what a stunning venue. The ceremony and the option rooms were beautiful, the views, games room, the bedroomsthe garden (even though we didn't get to use it as it threw it down all day!) The food was delicious, staff were incredible, nothing was too much trouble. My cake slid on the journey to the venue, the kitchen saved it. I lost my veil on the morning, the venue had another. Responsiveness to emails fantastic. It was everything we wanted and more than we could have ever dreamt of. Sarah and the team, thank you! You have us the perfect wedding day!Shireburn Arms's reply:

don’t really know where to start with writing a perfect review for Shireburn Arms, words just don’t seem enough.
Our wedding day. (24/5/26) was just perfect, and it was all thanks to the team at Shireburn Arms. From the moment we booked with them, right through to leaving the morning after the wedding, they were absolutely incredible.
Every single member of staff worked so hard, especially in the heat, to ensure all of our family and friends were looked after, fed, and watered throughout the entire day. The food was sooooo good. You will not be disappointed, our guests are still talking about the food now.
Although the whole team are amazing,
I would especially like to mention Sarah and Zac. I honestly cannot put into words how much they both went above and beyond to make our day feel flawless, magical, and so incredibly special. It truly felt as though I could have asked for the moon and they would have found a way to deliver it.
It is rare to experience such outstanding hospitality, professionalism, and care, especially under pressure, although you would never have known there was any pressure at all.
With a variety of packages available to suit all budgets, there really is something for everyone. We never felt pressured or subjected to a pushy sales pitch, and we were always made to feel welcome regardless of our budget. The team went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and help us get the most from our budget, which made the entire experience even more special
our wedding day really was the most beautiful and unforgettable day, thanks to these guys and simply saying “thank you” just does not feel enough.
From the relaxed atmosphere and stunning views to the beautiful accommodation and luxurious bridal suite, every aspect of the venue was exceptional. The staff were incredible, the bar was fantastic, and everything came together perfectly. It really is the most beautiful wedding venue, and I would relive the whole day in a heartbeat. ❤️

The Shireburn was not only a beautiful day for our wedding ceremony (fitted our rustic theme and the views (visible from inside the venue aswell as outside) made it a perfect setting, but the staff were brilliant. Worth every pennyShireburn Arms's reply:

If we could do it all again, we absolutely would in a heartbeat. The Shireburn Arms is the most magical setting for a wedding, and our day was everything we ever dreamed of and more. From the breathtaking views and gorgeous food to the lovely, attentive staff, every single detail was simply perfect.
From start to finish, everything about our wedding was handled so beautifully. Sarah is the most thoughtful, kind, and caring wedding planner we could ever have wished for. Her attention to detail, amazing advice, and warm, friendly nature made us both feel so comfortable from the moment we first met her. We instantly knew this had to be the place for our special day.
Peter was incredible on the day, making sure we, along with all of our guests, were so well looked after. Everything ran so smoothly, and it meant we could completely relax and enjoy every second of our day.
If you’re thinking of getting married here, please do it — you truly won’t be disappointed. It was more perfect than we could ever have imagined, and we genuinely wish we could relive it all over again.
A huge thank you to Sarah, Peter, and the whole team at The Shireburn. You are all such special people, and you made our wedding day unforgettable. We will always be so grateful.

We just want to say an enormous thank you to all of you for hosting our wedding day on Friday 10th April - it was the most magical and special day, and we felt like guests of honour! We felt so looked after by the whole team from the minute we arrived on Thursday until we left on Saturday, so thank you so much to Pete and his team for looking after us - and a special thanks to the wonderful Master of Ceremonies Zac!
Sarah, thank you so much for guiding us through the whole process and your huge patience with our many, many questions and requests for the day. It has been lovely getting to know you over the last 9 months, and we have felt so supported throughout the entire planning process.
A very special thank you to your brilliant chef team and kitchen for not only accommodating our requests for a fully vegetarian bespoke pie menu, but also executing this perfectly - we have had so many compliments from our guests for the food, with many saying it's the best wedding food they've ever had. It was so important to us that we had a fully vegetarian day and you guys absolutely smashed it, everything was truly delicious!
It really was the most magical day, and we loved every single second - thank you so much for making our dreams come true!! -

They were amazing! From the first discussion, we had the same wedding planner throughout and she just got us. She was quickly able to understand what we wanted and needed from them and they made it happen.
We had the most incredible day and they took so much of the stress away from us ❤️ the guests all reported back that they thought it was a fabulous day, with well priced drinks, delicious food and just a perfect venue.Shireburn Arms's reply:

Where to start. The Shireburn Arms is such a wonderful venue. We visited a year ago and were so impressed by the views, the space and most importantly, Sarah, the event coordinator. She was beyond helpful from start to finish and could not do more to help us. It was so important having a person there who could guide you through planning this enormous event. All the staff, including Yasmin, Peter and Lewis, were incredible and a credit to the company.
The venue itself is gorgeous - we were married in the larger room, but had access to the smaller room and bar as well as the games room downstairs. 70 guests were comfortable and entertained throughout. My little boy especially loved the chess set!
The food was amazing, the canapés were delicious and well worth adding if you’ve got an early ceremony. We chose the classic package and could not fault any of the food. Guests commented on how luxe everything was.
The rooms are beautiful too. I stayed in room 4 the night before, which has the most beautiful high ceilings and then the bridal suite, which honestly we didn’t make the most of as we rolled into bed at 1am and out at 7am!
Honestly, I can’t say anything negative or even neutral about the venue or the staff. It was just amazing and I can’t wait to come back and visit soon.Shireburn Arms's reply:
