Our dream day went so smoothly thanks to Pinewood hotel

The team at pinewood hotel have been instrumental in helping us plan and execute our perfect wedding day. During our 13 month planning process we had regular meetings with the events coordinator to plan and confirm every detail. On the day, everything went so smoothly because of the efforts of the team. It meant we could relax and enjoy the day. Would wholeheartedly recommend using Pinewood Hotel for your Wedding or Reception.

The team at pinewood hotel have been instrumental in helping us plan and execute our perfect wedding day. Couldn’t of asked for a better wedding day!

I could write forever about this place! I can’t thank them enough for giving us the best wedding day we could have ever asked for! We was a pain, there was ALOT of emails back and forth. But on the day, the hotel smashed it! The food was sooo good it had all the guests talking, the professionalism of all the staff was fantastic, Omar and Rienna, and all the stsff thank you! We will definitely be back for a birthday party or any other type of event in the future! And we will definitely come back to use the restaurant! Thank you thank you thank you!!

Wedding day package

Accommodated us short notice… we had 120 guests at the venue and were allowed virtually the whole afternoon and night on the day.. the staff bent over backwards to tend to our needs … we settled for the buffet in the evening and I must say it was very high quality and ample for our head count .. on the day our main port of contact was the night manager whose name I’m sorry I did not catch , maybe Aarti the event team manager can assist…. Aarti herself was so helpful from day one and all through out the weeks that followed .. and even helped us out with a few pieces of kit at short notice which we forgot … our guests all had a terrific day and night and also their staff even cleared up for us …. Would definitely recommend the Pinewood what ever package you choose… lovely Art Deco hall .. patio area and surrounding gardens. With ample car parking Would overall give them 9/10 👍

Superb service

The events manager was very kind, approachable but handled everything professionally. She made sure there was a plan we had to follow to ease the stress of doing everything towards the end. She was happy to throw in a few perks at no cost to us which we were grateful for. Her team was amazing on that day too helping with every request we had even though it was just for dry hire. She and her team were highly praised by every guest. They made the day go smoothly and for that we are very grateful. The venue was beautiful and enough space for all our guest and extra seating outside for those who wanted to enjoy the lush greenery outside. Thanks a million.

Absolutely perfect

I was so very happy that we had our wedding at this venue. They catered to every need. They went above and beyond and made our day extra special. Aarti (our wedding planner) was on hand for anything we needed and was very responsive on the lead up answering any questions and adjusting plans accordingly. Axel was there from start to finish and again did everything possible to make our day run smoothly and went above and beyond for us. The hotel was perfect set in beautiful grounds. The rooms that ourselves and our guests stayed in were lovely and very comfy. Would highly recommend.

Aarti has it all under control!

Had our wedding here in May and it was easily the greatest day of our lives. Everyone had the best time, danced all the way til 1am (huge shoutout to resident DJ Gary who absolutely smashed it!) and the food was unreal! Massive thanks to Aarti and the team who made it our dream venue and helped us every step along the way from the big things all the way to small details, 10/10 👏🏼

Our Wedding 23rd May 2015 Simply Faultless

Don't know where to start!

My wife and I can't thank Jennie (Wedding Co-ordinator) enough with everything she helped us with! Jennie made everything as stress free as possible and was very attentive and understanding with our requests and questions! She worked around our schedule and home life which made things a lot easier.

The food was amazing and there wasn't one of our guests that complained. The way Jennie set out our room left us completely speechless. When she says "Leave everything to me!" - trust her! All of the staff were excellent there wasn't one that wasn't smiling or willing to deal with someone's needs.

It was the hotel grounds that help seal the deal. We didn't see the kids all night because they were all off and running around. The outside area didn't take the smokers away from the party which was another bonus.

Dave the DJ provides an excellent set up and again happy to help with anything we wanted. Because of him we didn't want the party to end.

I really can't stress enough just how amazing Jennie and the rest of the Pinewood staff were. Without them we wouldn't have nowhere near the wedding we wanted. .

Only word of advice I can offer - Have the Sticky Toffee Pudding!!!

the Pinewood which we highly recommended

We held our wedding at the Pinewood Hotel on Saturday 30th July 2011. Jennie co-ordinated the wedding plans on our behalf. From our first booking at one of the wedding fairs we felt very much at home at the Pinewood, the venue itself was perfect both inside and outside, the room set up on the day was fabulous and looked every inch the part, we were delighted with how everything turned out and our guests have all commented on what a wonderful day and evening they all had. Jennie was thoroughly professional and helpful and in fact the day afterwards we met another couple who were thinking about booking the Pinewood which we highly recommended. We would also like to say how good the DJ was he really held the evening together and had everyone without question up and dancing all night. Thank you for all of your help we had an unforgettable day.
