Kim and Darrens wedding August 2026
The most perfect say in the most perfect venue. Justin and his team were fantastic from start to finish. So helpful and organised the day run so smoothly, which lead to the most relaxing intimate stress free wedding of our dreams. I only wish we could we live this amazingly wonderful day all over again. I honestly can’t sing the venue and the teams praises enough just wonderful from start to finish.

Micro wedding in May
We had our wedding here a few weeks ago. They provide a smaller wedding service that was perfect for us.
The hosts and team were amazing. The communication prior to the event was great. And the day far surpassed our expectations. There was kind guidance from the host around how the day would go but choices were ours.
They have a separate room they set up for the ceremony. The restaurant is unique but homely and well decorated to provide an amazing backdrop for photos. On the day we weren’t rushed, felt able to relax entirely while everything was taken care for us.
The food was superb, excellent warm service and a beautiful venue in the countryside.
It was honestly the best day and couldn’t have wanted more.

Outstanding. We held our wedding here just a few days ago and words cannot adequately describe how lovely the pig and whistle was.
From start to end the day was amazing, Justin and his team were on hand whenever needed and couldn't have done more for us but at the same time never seemed to hover and left us to enjoy the day with our guests, a real fine balancing act that they executed perfectly.
The restaurant was decorated beautifully and the table and settings without fault, we hired out 2 rooms for the afternoon on their lunch ceremony package and were aware that other restaurant guests would be in the building after the ceremony but the setup was so perfect that we felt like we were the only ones in the world.
The food is their crowning achievement, every course had by us and our guests was so well presented and delicious it was hard to not book to go back for dinner the next night. All served with perfect timing. Drinks, wine choice and cocktails were some of the best we ve had and Justin had knowledge of everything that was being served.
The ceremony room is beautiful, decorated tastefully and elegant. A real unique space to get married.
Our day was perfect, we just wish we could do it all over again. -

Fantastic intimate Wedding Venue
We had the pleasure of being the Pig and Whistle’s 50th wedding. It was a fabulous evening very well hosted by Justin and the team, I cannot recommend the venue enough if you’re looking for wedding venue. Everything from the food, the room decor and the service was perfect. -

Our day was everything we could have wished for and more and this in no small part down to Justin and his team at the Pig and Whistle. The decor is fantastic, the service is impeccable and the food was the best we’ve ever had. All of our guests had the most wonderful time, nothing was too much to ask for and many felt like it was an intimate party at home. This is how welcoming the Pig & Whistle are - like part of the family. Absolute value for money, given how special the day was and the quality of the food and drink. We look forward to spending our anniversaries at the Pig & Whistle!!
