Incredible barn venue

We had the most perfect day celebrating our wedding last Thursday.
Charlotte and the team made the whole day run incredibly smoothly. They were so friendly and helpful with all of our questions throughout the whole process and it nothing seemed too much trouble.
The venue itself is beautiful, a really great size for the number of guests we had. The grounds were so lovely, and we loved all of the chickens and ducks.
The on site accommodation was ideal, we were fortunate to be able to add the extra night onto our booking the night before the wedding which was so useful.
We couldn’t recommend Oxleaze barn highly enough, we had the best day!

The best venue around

Oxleaze barn and all the team are the best of the best! We cannot even begin to explain how much love we have for this place. Through the whole process the team were unbelievable and made our day run so effortlessly.
The venue itself is stunning with so many options for indoor and outdoor ceremonies and so much flexibility on what you can do with your day. Forever the best experience we could ask for

Our perfect wedding

Thank you so much for helping to make our day really special! It was great to have such a stunning venue. The Oxleaze team helped to make our planning easier, and really made sure our day went seamlessly. On the day Kath and Mark were there behind the scenes so we didn’t have to worry about a single thing, and we were able to fully appreciate and enjoy our day! Oxleaze is beautiful and it is clear that they listen to their couples and are continuously making improvements - from big things like the milling barn, which was a fantastic extra space, to smaller things like the firepit. We loved that we were able to choose from Oxleaze’s suppliers list while also having the flexibility to choose our own suppliers which meant that we were able to make our day really personal to us. Thanks again!!! We thoroughly recommend Oxleaze to anyone else searching for their perfect venue.

Wedding on 8th September 2018

We held our wedding reception at Oxleaze barn after holding the ceremony at a local church. The team were so helpful, friendly and welcoming and helped made the whole day run so smoothly. The venue is perfect for a group of 100 guests of all ages; and we loved that we could decorate it in our own way and according to our own budget. It's such a stunning venue, you don't' need to add much to have a beautiful wedding day. We particularly liked the garden space, the milling barn for dancing and the traditional beams. We hired the private gardens for photos which we would really recommend for a beautiful backdrop for bride and groom photos. A wonderful venue and wonderful team.

Our beautiful wedding

We recently had our wedding at Oxleaze Barn and couldn't recommend it highly enough.
The staff are warm and welcoming and could not do enough to help. They were on hand from the moment we booked the date to the day itself. Kath play a large part in ensuring the smooth running of our day without knowing she was there!
The venue is stunning, the barns have been brought to life and yet not spoilt, offering a truly rustic experience. This was appreciated and spoken about by a large number of our guest and helped to create a fantastic memory.

Perfect wedding venue

We held our entire wedding (ceremony and reception) at Oxleaze Barn in July 2018. In our 50's... Determined not to make an 'industry' out of wedding planning it was the only venue we viewed and we knew it was perfect from the start.
The barn is light and airy but cool so our guests were comfortable in the summer heat. The space is flexible so weddings can be held in or outside - on our day the weather was changable but Katherine was flexible about waiting to the very last minute so we could marry outside.
The enclosed grounds are perfect for drinks, children's games & we had a fish & chip van in the evening that went down a storm. The marsh mallows toasting on the firepit was also a hit.
The addition of the milling barn was perfect for evening dancing, with space in the main barn for people to sit down.and have some quiet time if they chose to.
We didn't do much decorating as the barn is beautiful as it is. We just had bunting and fresh flowers and the simple. Shabby chic look worked brilliantly.
The staff at the watering hole did a great job and were efficient and professional along with being friendly to all our guests. The flexibility of using any outside caterer was also a benefit.
Being able to stay at the Stable cottage was so lovely and convenient - it really was the icing on the cake.
So if you are looking for a fexible, beautiful space in the Cotswolds to get married in, with a team who are invested in.doing everything they can to ensure your day is perfect I would highly recommend Oxleaze Barn.

Perfect!

Oxleaze barn is a beautiful venue, in a simply amazing setting in the Cotswold countryside. It has been lovingly restored to reflect its surroundings and was the perfect place for us to celebrate our recent marriage. From arriving on our first visit we knew that it was the place we wanted to get married, and we had such a fantastic day from start to finish. All of the staff we so kind friendly and attentive to our needs (without being intrusive) and we knew they were never too far away if we needed anything. They went out of their way at all times to make sure that everything was how we wanted it to be. One of the really positive factors choosing Oxleaze barn, was the flexibility they allow in choosing suppliers, meaning you can really tailor your day to be your own. Having the afternoon before the wedding to 'dress' the barn was also brilliant, we were able to decorate things how we wanted in plenty of stress free time.
Our guests all loved the venue, especially toasting marshmallows on the fire pit surrounded by the lovely garden. Despite it being October, most of our guests sat outside really enjoying the space. We were very fortunate with the weather, it had been a bit of a worry leading up to the day but actually when it came down to it, it really didn't matter! Oxleaze is a truly special place, and we loved every moment. We'd fully recommend the venue to anyone! Thank-you, Mr and Mrs Brace.
