We made the mistake of viewing Oaks farm first and totally and utterly fell in love with the place and although we viewed a couple of other venues, we walked away every time saying "its not oaks farm is it?" We knew then that this was the venue for us! From the moment we enquired about viewing, John and Katie were warm, friendly and open. We had a tour of the venue and could just picture our day here! In the run up to the wedding, John and Katie were always at the other end of an email answering any questions we had (and there were many) and helping us with the little things we hadn't thought about!
The day itself was amazing and went exactly how we had dreamed of.
From the groomsmen arriving to help set up the staff were amazing and had laid the tables exactly how we wanted.
To myself and my bridal party doing a mad dash into the cottage so we wouldn't be seen. Katie even changed the bedding again after one of the bridesmaids spilt her drink on it (it was the bed or my dress 😂) so thank you again for that!
Katie helped myself and the bridal party over to the stables where we were getting married and fluffed my dress for me, before I walked down the aisle.
They also had a little breakfast box in the fridge for us the next day, even though we were a little too fragile to eat most of it, we did try.

Hollie Sent on 30/08/2026The Perfect Wedding Venue – We Couldn’t Have Asked for More!
We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue for our wedding than Oaks Farm. From the very beginning, Katie and John were incredibly helpful, flexible and accommodating, and made the whole process so easy and enjoyable.
We organised our wedding day in a slightly unusual way, but Katie and John were completely open to our ideas and went above and beyond to help us make everything work. They were always happy to answer our questions in the lead-up to the wedding and were so supportive with all of the planning and preparation.
Their help didn’t stop there — they were fantastic with the set-up and continued to be so helpful throughout the wedding day itself. Everything ran so smoothly, which meant we could relax and enjoy the day knowing we were in such capable hands.
The venue itself was absolutely beautiful and provided the perfect setting for our wedding. It felt so special and was everything we could have hoped for.
A huge thank you to Katie and John for being so accommodating, supportive and genuinely lovely throughout the whole process. You played such an important part in making our wedding day so perfect, and we couldn’t recommend Oaks Farm highly enough.Oaks Farm's reply:

Oaks Farm is an absolutely wonderful venue that has everything you need - stunning outdoors, lovely indoors, tucked away but easy to get to, plenty of parking, getting-ready rooms. They do not have required vendors, but they have plenty of excellent recommendations that we went with. John and Katie were exceptionally professional and overall lovely people, we felt we were in save hands during the entire planning process. Definitely recommend! -

We honestly couldn’t have chosen a more perfect venue for our wedding. From the moment we first visited Oaks Farm, we had that feeling that it was the one — and our wedding day completely confirmed it.
Oaks Farm is absolutely beautiful. It has that gorgeous countryside feel while still being elegant and special, and there are so many stunning places for photographs. Our guests were blown away by the venue, and we were constantly being told throughout the day how beautiful everything was.
What really made Oaks Farm stand out for us, though, was the team. They were so helpful, professional and reassuring throughout the whole process. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, and having a venue that genuinely cared about making our day perfect made such a difference. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and we always felt looked after.
On the day itself, everything ran so smoothly. We were able to completely relax and enjoy getting married, knowing that everything was being taken care of behind the scenes. The atmosphere was incredible, the setting was beautiful and the whole day felt so personal to us.
Our guests absolutely loved it, from the ceremony through to the food, drinks and celebrations. It was everything we had dreamed our wedding day would be and more.
We will always have such a special place in our hearts for Oaks Farm. Choosing a wedding venue is such a huge decision, and if you are considering getting married here, we genuinely couldn’t recommend it enough. It gave us the most beautiful setting for the start of our married life and memories that we will treasure forever.

A perfect wedding day at Oaks Farm
Our wedding at Oaks Farm in May was absolutely perfect, and we couldn’t recommend the venue highly enough.
The venue is beautiful, nestled in the countryside with stunning green surroundings and right next to the golf club. You’d have no idea you were so close to Croydon when you’re there! It also makes for some incredible wedding photos.
Katie and John were amazing throughout the whole planning process. They were incredibly accommodating and happily allowed us multiple visits during the busiest stages of planning, which made such a difference. The attention to detail was excellent, and the whole team on the day worked so hard to make sure everything ran seamlessly.
Everyone was so friendly, warm and welcoming, and there was never a moment where we didn’t feel looked after. The new getting-ready space is also beautifully designed and made such a difference, allowing both parties to get ready on site while still having separate spaces.
We also felt Oaks Farm offered excellent value for money, and we loved having the option to bring our own reception drinks. The fact that everything takes place on one site was a huge bonus too — nobody had to leave between different parts of the day, which really kept the atmosphere going and meant the party never lost momentum!
We absolutely loved getting married here and would recommend Oaks Farm to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxed and incredibly well-run wedding venue. Thank you to the whole team for helping make our day so special! ❤️ -

We got married at Oaks Farm on 4th August 2026. We only started planning it in January this year. From the very start, the entire process with Oaks Farm was very smooth - Katie and John are extremely pleasant and helpful people to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble, and they went out of their way to ensure our day was as perfect as possible.
We chose 10 Flavours for our catering, one of the 4 nominated caterers that Oaks Farm uses, and are the resident caterers on-site. We were invited to a food tasting session back in February, and were immediately sold on the quality of the food. During the menu planning process, Jody was incredibly patient with us and very flexible to the needs we had for our guests.
On the day, as I have said to many people, if I could have written down exactly how I wanted the day to go, it could not have gone any better. The weather, the ceremony, the canapes in the garden, the wedding breakfast, the evening disco and buffet, and most importantly, the fun our guests had. Everything was absolutely perfect and we could not have wished for more.
Since the wedding, we have received a never ending stream of compliments from our guests about the day - and especially about our choice of venue and the food.
I would recommend Oaks Farm to anybody without hesitation. -

Wow....Where do I start. Firstly, I remembered coming to oaks farm for a friend wedding and I thought what a beautiful venue. Who would of thought I would be married in the same place. Everything went according to plan if not better. Katie and John were very welcoming from the first day of meeting. I'm not one for speaking on the phone but they were there at the end of yr emails. You can arrange to visit as many times as you like.
Caterers from 10 flavours, were very professional and communicates with you checking what we want or what the plan it especially if time is running over . Feedback from our families says there were a lot of food (but our choices) very tasty and enjoyable especially the jerk chicken and the dessert apple crumble...mmm. The caterers team we like to thank you personally for looking after everyone as well as our teams (photographers and DJ).
The outdoor places is so beautiful and your guests does not all have to be in one area there is enough space to branch out. Having our ceremony outdoors with the beautiful weather what more could anyone ask. Lucky the weather was on our side but you do have an option to use the stable. After celebrating and dancing with your husband/wife, families and friends its time to spend the wedding night in the cosy oaks farm cottage located on sight. Having the whole venue for the price they ask is worth it.
For us visiting the surroundings of oaks farm we knew this is where we wanted to get married. So for anyone looking for a venue that seems far away from home and suits their needs we recommend visiting. Happy wedding day to those who is getting married at oaks farm.
