We made the mistake of viewing Oaks farm first and totally and utterly fell in love with the place and although we viewed a couple of other venues, we walked away every time saying "its not oaks farm is it?" We knew then that this was the venue for us! From the moment we enquired about viewing, John and Katie were warm, friendly and open. We had a tour of the venue and could just picture our day here! In the run up to the wedding, John and Katie were always at the other end of an email answering any questions we had (and there were many) and helping us with the little things we hadn't thought about!
The day itself was amazing and went exactly how we had dreamed of.
From the groomsmen arriving to help set up the staff were amazing and had laid the tables exactly how we wanted.
To myself and my bridal party doing a mad dash into the cottage so we wouldn't be seen. Katie even changed the bedding again after one of the bridesmaids spilt her drink on it (it was the bed or my dress 😂) so thank you again for that!
Katie helped myself and the bridal party over to the stables where we were getting married and fluffed my dress for me, before I walked down the aisle.
They also had a little breakfast box in the fridge for us the next day, even though we were a little too fragile to eat most of it, we did try.

We absolutely loved Oaks Farm for our wedding, it is a gem! John and Katie were amazing in every way - from responsiveness to emails to answering all our questions to helping out on the day itself. It couldn't have been a
more joyful celebration for us. The Cottage is extremely well kept and lovely to stay in. The newly built bridal suite is also amazing and has everything you need to get ready the morning of the wedding! We love the two separate gardens for guests to roam around in and the indoor areas are also incredible. A lot of space for all the guests to roam around especially if they have kids. -

What really made the experience unforgettable, though, was the people. The team at Oaks Farm were incredible from start to finish—friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile. They made us feel completely at ease throughout the entire process, answering every question and ensuring that nothing was overlooked.
The whole journey, from planning to the big day, was smooth and stress-free. Everything was handled with such care and attention to detail that we were able to relax and fully enjoy the experience. On the day itself, everything ran seamlessly, and it was clear that the team had everything under control.

Fantastic venue
From the moment we looked at the venue to the day of our wedding everything was amazing. John and Katie approached every question with a smile and nothing was too big (or too small) for them. Grounds are beautiful and so quiet. -

We held our winter wedding at Oaks Farm this year and its genuinely the most beautiful venue we’ve seen. It has the most beautiful set of stables, orangery and barn, as well as a cute cottage and outdoor facilities. Words really can’t do the venue enough credit, it was so scenic and really captured the warm, intimate atmosphere we were aiming for with our guests. Having a cottage for the bridal party to use before the wedding and after the wedding also meant not having to worry about transport after such a busy day, but taxis were able to reach the venue too so it’s a very accessible location.
John and Katie were absolutely brilliant. They manage the venue so well, it was really easy to keep in touch with them and they were very attentive to our needs and questions, right up until the wedding day itself! They were able to answer all of our questions, and they helped keep things organised at points where we felt we were struggling to keep on top of things when juggling a lot!
All of our vendors worked really well with the venue too. John and Katie have listed a few different vendors for taxis, hotels etc which meant giving our guests information was really easy. In terms of catering, Oaks Farm has trusted vendors they work with, which worked perfectly as they knew how the venue ran and it meant things flowed really seamlessly on the day.
Charlotte (the Perfect Addition) was a brilliant decorator. She really brought our vision to life with how we wanted the venue to look on the day, she was very responsive, patient, and an absolute delight to work with. We can’t thank her enough, she was absolutely fantastic.
All in all, we can’t thank John, Katie, Charlotte, and Oaks Farm enough. They say your wedding day is one of the happiest days of your life, and we got to experience it in such a a warm, intimate setting. It was beautifully decorated, managed, and we felt so supported. Thank you so much for all you’ve done. The only sad thing is that the day came and went - but if we had to do it all again, we’d definitely choose Oaks Farm again.Oaks Farm's reply:

We had the BEST DAY EVER. Katie and John were helpful, kind and flexible. They communicated well and in good time and were amazing at accomodating our changing needs and ideas. The setting is idilic, peaceful and just a short drive from the hustle and bustle of London. We were lucky to have a crisp October day, and there was more than enough spaces to have photo opportunites with friends ad family outside as well as the fantastic barns with their rustic feel. Everything was more than we could have ever imagned. They have a comprehensive list of suppliers on their website as well as loads of information to aid with planning the day. Thank you for making our day so very special -

We can’t thank Oaks Farm enough for making our wedding day so special. From our first visit to the big day, the team were incredibly helpful, patient, and organised. Everything ran seamlessly, and we felt completely looked after.
The venue is absolutely beautiful, and so many of our guests commented on how stunning it was and how smoothly the day flowed.
