An unforgettable experience in a surreal venue

A lovely family owned venue, with a beautiful setting . The venue was perfect for an intimate wedding with elements of nature - wisteria blooming in Spring, an outdoor ceremony next to the water fountain and a beautiful green for guests to mingle. Great value for money.

The perfect wedding venue!

Oaks farm was just perfect for our wedding. Both katie and john couldn't have been more helpful to make sure the day ran smoothly. The venue itself is gorgeous and their flexibility on how it's decorated is brilliant. The caterers they work with are also excellent with a good variety to pick from. We had the best day and wish we could do it all again!

Out of this world!!

Where do I even begin! Firstly we had the most AMAZING day at Oaks Farm for our wedding. John & Katie were so responsive to our many queries in the 2 years leading up to the day. Nothing was ever too much and they helped to make our day perfect.
They have an extensive list of suppliers and the ones we did pick were amazing.
The venue is just beautiful and the photos speak for itself. All of our guests commented on how stunning the grounds were.
The value for money was fantastic and I couldn’t quite believe the bargain that it was!
Thank you again for making our day perfect!

World of its own

Where to start, there are not enough words to describe Oaks Farm and the feeling you get when you are there. The team are so welcoming and friendly they make you feel at ease and are so accomadating and supportive with everything. The whole venue is literally out of this world such a hidden gem beautiful gardens, gorgeous ceremony areas a truly stunning setting. From the moment we viewed Oaks Farm we just knew this was the venue for us, I always got such a wonderful feeling being there and even now I feel nothing but pure happiness when I think of Oaks Farm. The extra bonus of the beautiful cottage for you to stay on your wedding night is fantastic, beautifully decorated, warm and welcoming. The hamper provided for breakfast is such a lovely gesture.
There are a fantastic selection to choose from for catering, entertainment and anything else you can think of, who all work tirelessly to help make your day perfect.
Our guests had nothing but compliments for our venue and for us our day was perfect. Oaks Farm will always hold a special place in our heart. Highly recommend this hidden gem 💎

Absolutely Fabulous!

John and Katie could not have done more for us! From our first contact to after the wedding day, no ask was ever to great and they are just the loveliest people ever!

The venue is fantastic value for money. You get exclusive hire of the site which includes the stables, orangery, barn and gardens. It is dry hire until 7:30 when the Orchard Bar company take over, again helping save the pounds! The setting and the cottage is so lovely, and I wish I could live it all again!

Beautiful venue and lovely staff

My husband and I got married at Oaks Farm last month and had the most wonderful day. The staff from the start were so friendly and helpful and always answered any questions that we had. The venue itself is stunning and we had so many compliments from our guests. The day was lovely and relaxed and we couldn’t have asked for more. We would definitely recommend to others.

Oaks Farm was our perfect venue

From the moment we saw Oaks Farm we knew it was the place for us. It was beautiful, the barn and orangery had a lovely rustic feel, the gardens were spacious with pretty flowers and trees, the stable barn had lots of character and the cosy cottage perfect for getting ready.
Katie and John were both so welcoming and easy to chat to. They helped us so much with loads of information, brilliant organisation and nothing was too much trouble which meant the day ran so smoothly. We could go and visit as much as we wanted in the run up to our wedding and answered emails very promptly.
So many of our guests commented on what a lovely venue is was and the particularly enjoyed all the delicious food.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Oaks Farm to anyone, and can't thank the team enough for helping to make our day absolutely perfect.

The best venue in Croydon

Oaks farm is an absolutely FANTASTIC venue and Katie, John and the team do an incredible job.

We got married in July-25 and had an amazing experience. Our guests LOVED the venue and so did we. Could not recommend Oaks Farm enough.

Venue is brilliant this is because everything flows very naturally and it’s great to have everything on one site with no need to leave and mess around with transport.
Having the option of being able to stay on site in the cottage is a great touch, always helpful to have room for everything that comes with putting on a wedding…!

Hopefully we get invited to a wedding here, would love to be in the other side at a venue like this X
